I've never had a bad experience here. Any time I've had issues with a product (not their fault) the service to correct it is always above and beyond. Online ordering is always quick, and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes when shopping in store. The prices here are so much better than what I'm used to on the west side. I don't do a ton of shopping outside of my usual vapes, but I wouldn't be upset if I saw some new varieties, especially with live resin. I also recognize that new inventory is largely dependant on the suppliers, and the selection thus far has been more than enough. So, I pulled into a fairly full parking lot. Maybe a twenty car lot? But cars pulling out and in on my enterance and exit. Inside had bright lighting, giving it a very clean and sterile appearance. Check in was only slightly awkward as being a first time guest, I chose to register up and can now earn points on purchases. I ordered online to pick up in store, as previously noted in someone else's review, the process from start to finish took some time. But as a first time patron, they gave me five dollars off my order AND a free fifteen dollar cartridge . The staff is thoughtful and very cordial. They use the same online ordering process as another company I previously went to, so that was nice and familiar. It's super close to my current location, and most likely my new pick up spot. When I went to pick up the order, they informed me that some of the items actually weren't part of the daily special even though they rang up on sale online when I put in the order. JARS STEALS YOUR MONEY!!! This is probably the worst dispensary ive ever been to. I brought in $120 to buy weed and a stiizy pod and a white guy with a black beanie shorted me my change and lied to his manager about it saying that he covered my change! So heads up apparently JARS covers your total if you cant pay for the whole thing! I told the budtender I only have $60 to work with. The bud tender claimed the total was $100.28. I brought in $60 and took out $60 from the ATM. He told me the total before I pulled out the extra $60 so I know for a fact that I had $120 total. When I gave him the money I was on my phone and not paying attention so I didnt see what he did with the money. When I brought up the situation he seemed confused and ran to his manager and lied saying he told me he covered my payment. constant returning customer- leaving my 5 star review tonight after having my best experience yet with Jars as a whole! literally love pretty much everybody who works at every location!! been going here since opening. walked in today looked the security guard said "hello" guy just stares at me. greets everyone walking in the door behind me, ok. girl at the desk tells me my license is expired. some one from behind the door comes out and calls my name to come back, girl at desk notifies the person I can't come back because of my expired license. takes me 20 minutes or so to pull up my renewal from the secretary state website. bring it to the girl up front, tells me to sit down because my order from 8 or 9 this morning isn't ready yet its now almost 5:00. was ready 20 minutes before. so now I know the place is "treating me". in my disgust I left, 20 minutes later after I got home I get a text that it's ready.
