Wild Bill's is packed with stuff and you don't know where to look and you're overwhelmed by all the products there. Not here. I walk in I'm greeted by a very polite employee. And they always have what I need in stock. They have a nice selection of pipes and of Vapes along with cigarettes beverages memorabilia kratom CBD products and pretty much everything you would expect from your local smoke shop. I like supporting smaller businesses so I go out of my way to come here over any other place. The gentleman working here is so polite everytime I have my son with me he gives him a handful of candy and makes his day. I'm in here at least every other day and I will be a return customer over and over again.

When I returned to the store a day later with my exploded slurper pearls the manager on shift told me that he could not just replace them and that I had to pay 18 additional dollars to get a new slurper set which really irritated me considering I spent over $500.02 days prior. And then not to mention, since I went back to go buy another marble set for my turf slurper because it blew up now my other tarp slurper set is fucking coming apart because it's melting. It was a ball in chain and now it's just a chain because the chain melted off of the ball. I'm 30 years old. I'm a very well experienced dabber and I've never ever had this happen. Don't go to the store. They will rip you off and then they'll make it. You feel like it's your fault when it's their fault For selling faulty equipment.

Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason, which seems like a tactic to improve their cash flow. I will never order from this company or shop at any of their locations again. I will also do everything I can to ensure that no one else has the terrible experience I had with this company, which clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Honey Bee Farms was there today giving away samples and educating people about local raw honey. A small business supporting another!
