I'm a firm believer that if you don't value great customer service, you shouldn't do business with customers. That said, as soon as I walked into this shop I was greeted very genuinely by the worker there. Already I was set on giving my business to this store. I went in to get a new juice and was barraged (in a good way) with all types of juice recommendations. Never before have I been welcomed to drip and try juices before I buy them, just to smell them. So now I was really set on buying something. When I finally settled on a juice, I was offered a dollar off of my order which completely sealed the deal for me. Though there are many vape shops a lot closer to me than this, I will definitely make the trip to visit Vapors Outlet whenever I need any product. Thank you to Gio who works here at this wonderful location! It looks like a normal strip mall vape store but has an EXTENSIVE supply of things for a GREAT price and Value. It is definitely my go to place. Gio is very helpful and if anything is wrong, or not quite right, they make it right and even make up for it. I came here to order juices and atomizers for my vape, and one of the last bottles that I bought was expired so he helped me out with a complimentary bottle to make things right and make my order more than perfect. This shop has the best customer service I've ever experienced! The employees take the time to actually get to know you and make you feel welcome. They are extremely knowledgeable with every one of their products and are able to recommend the best juices and kits for you! My first time walking in I told them what types of flavors I preferred (I've only ever tried 1 flavor in the year I have been vaping for prior) and here I am now 4 visits later with a new vape kit that I am in love with and loving all 7 flavors that I was recommended. Your workers are amazing! They helped me with everything i needed. Im loving this new mod and the flavors are wonderful! Im all around pleased with the shop and product. This place used to be on my way home from work, I stopped in at least once a week. They have an awesome selection of juice, and a good selection of hardware. The best thing about vapors outlet is the people. I needed a new pair of batteries as my old ones were dead halfway through my workday. They answered my problem with a single set I can go 2-3 days between charging and helped me out with a nicotine content I was happy with in not one but two flavors I never would have considered. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every time we go in this shop the person at the counter is so friendly. So friendly, I reactivated my Yelp account just to comment on it. He didn't have what we were looking for in stock but graciously pointed us to another location where we could get what we were looking for. Best place I have found yet for juice. Also, staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I showed up after hours one night and they were getting ready to go home but instead of turning me away they let me come in and get what I needed. That's great customer service. Hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Uv been to good shops in Hawaii but this is the best one. The people are friendly and the products are good and they have a nice chill area.
