Stumbled upon this place when searching for shops in my area. Was pleasantly surprised with the help I received when i walked in. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I had many questions and he had great answers for all of them. I honestly haven't been to a shop like this in years where you see someone who is passionate about what they do. Wide variety of items at a fair price, and extremely detailed oriented. This will be the new shop I go to. Thank you, Jay, for the awesome experience. Can't wait to come back and chat! read more

This is the best vape I have been to. They always have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it they always get it fast. The prices are cheaper than I can find even with other online vape shops. The delivery is awesome, they are all courteous and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this place. read more

I can't rave enough about this vape shop! Excellent service from Mo this time, but I always have a great experience with everyone that has ever helped me. He really listened and took the time to help me choose exactly what I wanted and was so knowledgeable about all the products. These guys should teach classes about customer service and successful business practices - they're that good!! I've been a customer for 2 years and travel 10 miles out of my way to shop with Cloud Hunterz - and will continue to do so. Great selection, great prices, and the best service around - please do yourself a favor and check them out for all your vaping needs! read more

I've been using a very low end e-cig for a couple years now and was looking to step up. My wife found Cloudhunterz online and I'm very glad she did. We had a great experience with Jason when we went in. He asked explained everything I needed to know about what they carry, but he didn't do it in a way so that I felt stupid. He also asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for prior to recommending a product and juice, which is also very important to me. After we settled on everything I needed, he sat down with us and went over everything I'd need to know step by step. He also told me to stop back in so he could teach me more as I get to know the product. That's a really nice touch and one of the main reasons I'd recommend their shop to anyone. read more

Was very impressed with the selection that they had The guy was extremely nice and explained everything they also have good deals...... Will definitely go back and visit when I'm in town read more

This place has a huge selection of juices and perfect selection of vapes. While you can get this stuff online, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and take the guess work out by doing their research and letting you sample the juices. I'm very happy with my purchase and will recommend everyone to check it out for yourself. read more

These guys know their business! I quit smoking on a Juul but wasn't enjoying it very much. After visiting Cloudhunterz, I not only enjoy it I've been educated. This place is a vaper's best friend! read more

The good: Moe, the owner, was super personable, friendly, and knowledgable. They have a really nice rewards program. The store is clean, and clearly he takes pride in what he does and the first time there, was able to recommend an amazing juice to me I'd never heard of and loved. They were running sales on Memorial Day when we came in. He generously gave us a sample of a cotton wick he thought my boyfriend might enjoy too. No tobacco products (I find this a plus). They are willing to add nicotine to any juice that they sell if they don't carry your strength. All these things ensure that at some point, I'll be back. The not so good: for the size of the store, they didn't seem to carry a lot of stock. There were 5-10 mods available for purchase and a modest few shelves of juice - the other store I frequent carries about 3 times as much stuff visible in a store that isn't any bigger. There wasn't anyone else there besides a cashier that barely made eye contact and didn't seem to know much or want to talk. it just wasn't really an atmosphere that makes you want to go out of your way to come here or stick around much longer than needed, I probably won't be a "regular." Moe is the star of the place for sure though and I'd come back just to chat with him and see what unique new juice he's found! read more

Great shop with excellent customer service. Everyone there is extremely helpful. Some places try to sell you things, these guys want to share the best products with you, huge difference. They have a wide assortment of vapes, tanks and juice and great rewards program. I can't provide enough good reviews of this location, and they will remain my preferred vape shop for the foreseeable future. read more

After over 20 years of smoking cigarettes, I thought I'd give vaping a try as a way to becoming healthier. So far glad I did, the employees that work here are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I'm trying the Juul now and I'm impressed, so far so good, sure beats the cigarette ashes and smell. Don't be afraid to give it a try, the people here are glad to help you and it's appreciated, thanks. read more

Excellent service and friendly environment. I gained a lot of knowledge from not only Moe, but from other experienced vapors in the shop. Up to date equipment and Juice. I've been a customer of theirs for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it's the best vape shop I've ever been to. Every time I go in, it's like they're seeing an old friend. Yesterday, I bought a juice off the clearance rack that I wasn't happy with, and they took the price I paid for it off of a new juice, emptied my tank of the bad stuff for me and hit it with the new juice until the flavor from the old one was gone. This place exceeds expectations as far as customer service goes. I can't say enough good things about the guys there. To top it all off, the person who runs the Facebook page gets back to you with any question you have very promptly, and is always so happy to help. I wish I could give them more than five stars because they are truly the best. read more

This is the place to get your Vape gear. They are so in tune with what is going on and they only carry the best of the best. They are not overpriced like a lot of smaller brick and mortar shops are. They stand by everything they sell and I don't go anywhere but there. I actually drive across town just to get there. read more

Friendly, clean atmosphere; I recommend this vape shop to all! If you are a beginner or seasoned expert, you'll find whatever you need.

Excellent customer service! Went there with my niece. Allen was great. He hooked me up with a nice vaporizer and showed me how to use it. He had lots of patience as I was a first time user. Very friendly made me feel at home. Thank you guys for everything, I'm leaving the cigarettes alone. read more
