I've already been here about 9 times and Although it is fairly new, in my opinion, this is one of the best hookah Tobacco shops in the metro Detroit area. One thing I really appreciate is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And that is exactly what you'll be greeted with when walking in. They never fail to greet you with smiles and polite hellos. They make sure you are helped immediately. I've walked into other hookah shops that don't even say hello, which is not a good way to treat your paying customers. They are very attentive and will tell you everything you need to know about your tobacco purchases. This place definitely has good customer service down to a tee! The shop is always fully stocked and the prices are competitive. A to-go hookah is about 8 dollars here, other places around town charge 10. The orange heads are very fresh and they last a long time. I've had some that burn out quick, but these orange heads last noticeable longer. They have all kinds of tobacco brands and all the hookah equipment you need. I really do enjoy coming here and being greeted in such a polite and welcoming manner. Prices are great, you definitely get what you pay for. The wait time is not long either, which is great. I used to go a little out of my way to come here for orange heads and hookah supplies. There's nothing particularly special about what they offer or the quality of the heads. I mean you can go to a gas station in Dearborn and you'll still get a good one. I used to come here instead of the millions of other hookah places because the owner was a good dude. Good customer service, Always made good recommendations etc. However today will be the last time I purchase from here. Because the only thing that differentiated them was no where to be found! I was ordering here before they became popular but today I called told them I needed 3 heads. Told him the first 2....then for the third asked for suggestions on something with regular mint. At first it was "whatever, anything's good". Then...i finally get a suggestion "Irish peach mint". Before I could tell him I wanted something new something different or say anything in general. He says "ok well look I got another line calling so either you need to uhh ya know pick or call back". So freakin rude!!! And I told him that! Didn't apologize or anything only proceeded to defend himself about how he's "not being rude...I have another line so what do you want". I told him NOTHING make my first two and I don't want anything more than that. Anybody who's ever worked in any type of customer service/retail setting knows how rude it is to tell sometime they need to hurry up or get off the phone! You have another line you politely ask to put me on hold!!!! So god damn rude! Stopped for gas took my time on an already 10 min drive got here and he only made it quickly when I walked in. I WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN (And quite honestly...I don't even think they care...they're so "popular" now right) PS Had this been a year ago...I probably would have commented like the guys below. I'm not from the area, but whenever I do visit Dearborn, I always make sure to stop by and see Moe and Ali! My first time there, they made me feel welcomed and ever since then, whenever walk through the door, I feel as if they're excited to see me. You can't ask for much better customer service. Their hookahs to go smoke almost as well as my KM, and their orange heads are amazing, hitting the spot every time; and lasting at least 15 coals before burning out. Huge selection of different tobacco (whether it be flavours or brands), incredibly fair pricing, and other worldly customer service makes this a place I'm happy to spend my money at. read more

Stop what you are doing and check this place out, the orange heads hit the spot every time. I think we all can agree that there is too many hookah shops in Dearborn but none are like Hookah World, they are fairly new but let me tell you that can teach these places that have been around a long time about customer service. You can almost go anywhere to get an orange head, heck even the gas station down the street sells them. What you can't get a greeting and welcoming smile when you walk into a place that has everything from orange heads to hookahs to charcoal to hose tips to the little rubber things that give you a nice seal so your hookah can make monstrous clouds. If you are going anywhere else for anything hookah you are making a mistake, these guys are legit and you won't be disappointed. This place sells really good orange heads. I can actually taste the flavor I order because they put a good amount of tobacco in the oranges, Unlike many places in or around the Dearborn heights area. The heads are a bit pricey here compared to competitors but for a buck or two more you're getting a much better quality product which is always a plus. Deff recommend. read more
