Done with this place. I've been a customer for long time but now every time me or my wife go it's been TERRIBLE! My employee just said same. Dry,harsh and it all smells the same with weak aroma. 150 for an ounce before tax should at least be decent but it's not unless you spend 250 anymore. Used to have food quality even for 100 or 120 but now it all sucks and seems the same with bs THC level slapped on it. Even when ask for good recommendation from bud tender you get garbage. Was recommended this dispensary by a friend for many months. After finding this one close to home I decided to make an online pickup order for curbside. Upon arrival, there were no designated curbside pickup spots, so I went inside and finally was able to make my way through the line to the counter where I asked for my online pickup. On the screen where you place your order (confirm order) there is a section that explains the payment they accept upon arrival, cash and debit. After my bud tender Mike explained that basically everything I came in for they didn't have, that I also couldn't pay with my debit card as advertised online. i was in from out of town and decided to stop by the new dispensary that opened(Dispo Romeo) I was surprised to see how low the prices were; needless to say if you're picky, then the lower end bud isn't a good choice ($15 for an 8th) and the price range i look for is around $40-50 for an 8th. when i picked up 4 8ths i didn't get a chance to open them or even look too close at them until the next day and when i finally did, i found that it was shake(dry powder) and i could tell that without opening it. the next day i decided i would call and ask for a return because i payed for higher end bud and got shake. the guy who answered at the front desk claimed that it was illegal for them to take returns even if the product was unopened. i looked up online and found that no such law existed and so i called them back. to confront them and request a refund and or to swap out the bud and get what i payed for...on the phone the guy seemed really apologetic and understanding saying that "oh i'm so sorry that shouldn't happen" etc. when i came into the store to make the return, the same guy looked at it and said "this is impossible" and i watched him tear off the seal to one of the bags and then proceed to say "this was opened, i can't take this back" i didn't know what to say...he then proceeded to accuse me of crushing it. he then proceeded to quickly flash the harvest date and say "these are fresh see?" which is hilarious given that the harvest dates ranged between august and november of 2022. overall, terrible customer service, bad product, hostile employees, would not recommend. read more
