I moved to the area July 2020, so it was time to find a new optometrist. Svs in Ann Arbor was my old location. The imlay city location was fantastic. The store and patient room were clean and organized. I was greeted immediately upon entering. All the employees were so nice and answered any questions I had. My wait time to be seen was probably 10 minutes. I arrived a little early, so I was seen right at my appointment time. The woman who helped me select my frames was amazing. She gave honest opnions on frames when I asked, and selected several options in the style I was interested in. They were able to split my payment between my hsa account and another form of payment. To top it off I was told my glasses would arrive in 2 weeks (shipped directly to my home). I just received them today, only 5 days after my appointment. They were so friendly and very patient with me. I had to take my 2 year old with me because I did not have anyone to watch her. They worked right around her when checking my eyes, they talked to her too. There was an issue with my insurance and they fixed it right away. I was in and out in no time. They let me know what frame my insurance would pay for and helped me find frames that looked good on me. They worker that was getting measurements even complimented me on my tattoo. They people there are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend SVS vision in Imlay City, MI anyway. I as not disappointed at all. read more

The doctors and girls in the office are all great! My husband, three kids and I all went in at the same time we seen both doctors. They were very efficient and great with my kids! The girl that put our order in for glasses for all of us was very nice. The one at pick up was also just as kind! Everyone in the office is great with kids and adults, making everyone feel comfortable! We all have astigmatisms and they went above and beyond to explain it, even to our kids who were curious! SVS is THE BEST! I was out of town last year for an extended period of time and was in need of a new pair of glasses...and ended up going to...well...NOT SVS. I had a great visit! The staff members take every precaution to sanitize all the equipment and glasses that you try on. They are very helpful in helping you find the right pair of glasses!
