My hands have been breaking out and putting hand sanitizer on makes it worse. Was told they couldn't see us unless we used it. I offered to go to the bathroom and wash my hands with soap and water. Was told NO, and if I didn't, then to leave. We asked who was in charge and left without the phone number. Called them within 5 minutes to ask for the number and was told they would leave her a message. After 3 days no phone call so here is my review. The CDC says washing hands is good, but not according to Diamond Optical. Not willing to understand their clients situation, poor. If this is the way they run their business, then when I called for an appointment and the reminder call, why wasn't I informed that this is how they operate. If they had it would of saved the doctors and our time. Been to many other Drs., specialists, and personal business and never been told I had to use hand sanitizer.

Went in dr Casey refused to do another exam saying I just needed to buy the unlined bifocal so I did that spending more money with the exact same results including doctors visits. Called them again said I wanted an exam from different doctor they said the would get back to me two weeks went by no call called them back they said they would make appointments. They did not send me to one of there doctors they were sending me to the Michigan eye institute took 2 months for an appointment told me there's nothing wrong but to stick to my old script. Went back to Meijers to get them to make my new glasses with the old script they said time had run out on the warranty and I'd have to pay to have new glasses made but I would need an appointment to get another eye exam for them to write another script it was streesing me out so bad that I just gave up plus costing me money from taking time off work and this is exactly why they did all this so they would not have to do there job and make this right so please go anywhere but here
