This review is long overdue. I've been getting my hair highlighted there for over a year. Today, I had a cut, color and highlights and I absolutely love it! I see stylist, Jenni P. She does a fantastic job! They are friendly and courteous. The store is clean. I tell Jenni P what I'm thinking of and what I want and she never disappoints. She even helps out with choosing the right color. If you're tired of paying those outrageous salon prices but want the salon look, I suggest you try Supercuts in Downtown Lake Orion by Kroger. well i came in here with an expectation of a well done hair cut but instead they just rushed my haircut and cut my hair that I've been growing out, way to short and didn't take their time at all. this haircut was barely 15 min and every other place i get at least 30 min of a well done haircut. i felt like they rushed my haircut and they don't bother double checking their work. read more

i took my son here and I loved his hair before he had asked the barber for a little bit off the top and completely ruined his hair it ended up uneven and very short I was not happy and will not come here again I ended up taking him to a different shop and they fixed it and asked if he cut it himself how pitiful read more

Super cuts took over this Borics location and I was happy to find that my stylist had stayed. I tried to schedule my visit only to be told that she was unable to accommodate my request because super cuts Does Not do perms. Are you Kidding Me!!! I have had this stylist and been a regular for many years and I was astounded that a core device had been removed I am told simply " Due to the smell" and to add insult to injury they made it mandatory that all of my perm information was destroyed. As this information was no longer proprietary to super cuts as they no longer perform this service I think it would be in super cuts best interest to release my personal perm information to me as I will need to find another professional salon organization who will perform this service that Super Cuts is unwilling to do. If they choose not to do so I can only say that they know absolutely nothing about customer service and are mean spirited as well. Not a place I would ever recommend. Amy and Sandy Forsman.
