Has Denise for the first time…read more She stopped to check her phone multiple times while doing my lash and then stopped in the middle to get more lashes as if she was not prepared for the service. Secondly, I had my ear buds in I took a call while others around me were having active conversations, Denise proceeds to tell me she received a text from up front that told her that I was on my phone and no phone calls are allowed. So I proceeded to ask the proposing question "if you could not see my ear buds in how did anyone notice I was taking a phone call rather than just having a casual conversation with you Denise?" Which tells me that she was lying but rather having discussions on her phone (texting) rather than performing a service. Then Denise tells me she needs more lashes. This is very odd given you should know whom you are servicing and have your area prepared and ready for the customer. I opened up eyes and seeing Denise coming back from the front. To me this is very unprofessional service. I tell Denise that I decline her services and to take the items off my face. She tried to justice all actions but at this point I wanted to leave. I go up front, to understand the situation and now I'm in encounter with rude and confrontational manager Amanda. I told her my issue and which I never had an issue as I am a stellar tipper and had no issues with anyone else. She gets defensive and rude; pretty much insensitive and trying to justify the poor behavior and treatment that lash lounge did display at this appointment. From her facial expression to how she acted during the discussion does not reflect manager and I am quite disappointed. Amanda needs more training or really needs to be fired at this point, she has been the reason why senior lash associates and others have left due to conflicts. Businesses should be held to its upmost highest standards and Amanda does lack those capabilities. This is not high school it shouldn't be ran as such. I will not be returning to lash lounge due to the professionalism lacking.

Went here for lip filler and Botox specials almost 2 years ago. I never left a review at the time,…read morebut now that I'm going to get filler and have to have everything dissolved and redone since it was so poorly placed and overfilled- Im more than a little annoyed and deciding to do so. The injector I went to ended up totally botching and unevenly placing my lip filler here. I reminded her multiple times at the consult that I didn't want the keyhole look because I saw she did that with some clients- she still gave me a keyhole (lol). Also, the top lip was bigger than the bottom and wayyy too much filler was placed on one side, so it was bigger than the other side and lumpy. She said this is how her clients "naturally swell" because of the technique she uses, and to give it a few weeks. After a few weeks, you can see in the picture that the upper left side on my lip was obviously still bigger than the right side. I went back to have it fixed and she ended up having to put more filler in the other side of my lip to even it out (yes I paid for another syringe to do this). When I mentioned how the top lip was still bigger than the bottom lip, she said that we would wait to put more in the bottom lip because she thought the top lip would even out to be proportionate as the swelling subsided (I still had half a syringe left). After a couple more weeks, I called to confirm that I wanted to come in and use the last half of my syringe that I had remaining to fill out the bottom lip to make it even since it was in fact NOT proportionate. The front desk told me that I had no remaining filler left. I reached out to the injector directly about this since she said I could come back, and she ignored me (lol). I don't mind that she messed up, we're all human and that's going to happen. I just didn't care for how instead of owning up to it, she kept gaslighting me saying it wasn't messed up and that it "looked good" and then acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in to get it fixed. Never once did I act rude or upset, and I tipped every time I went for injections and to get it fixed. (This is the first medspa that has also ever asked me to tip for Injectables). Overall, vibes were not good here and I would avoid if you're expecting professional & reliable treatment
