I used to have dark, shiny, luscious thick dark hair that I got compliments on everywhere I went. Then I went to a neighboring salon and asked for Carmel ombré highlights and it became a longish cinged orangish hot mess and all uneven. I had been considering a short cut for about a year having little kids and being busy, but I didn't trust anyone to cut it, and because my hair is very thick, it just looks weird. I could never get some Tswift or Jennifer Aniston looking piecey pretty bob. My stylist today at Stephen James Aveda changed that for me and gave me an awesome haircut!! Never have I had compliments on my hair so much short as I have long. My husband is in love with it. She knew exactly what I was asking and I knew I could trust her when she fixed my bad ombré and it looked perfect. I wanted it a lot lighter than if turned out, but it's so much better that I can't complain. I highly recommend this place. I didn't have to sit and tell my life story. I got to relax. I tried to get an appointment next door at La Marquise, but I wasn't feeling the vibe there. They really weren't happy to have my business like Aveda.
