I have been a patient here for many years, thus far I would say they have been very honest and…read moretransparent about pricing and treatment expectations. For years it was impossible to get an appointment with the doctor so PA's or NP's were the only providers with availability to see you quickly. However, when you see the provider they are usually thorough, they ask lots of questions and do a health history review. It seems now there is less of a wait to get in for an appointment with a doctor, usually within 1 week you can see them. So that's a huge improvement. On the flip side, wait times after you have checked in the day of the appointment to see the provider have been lengthy. On occasion the waiting rooms were packed with patients saying they were waiting at least 30-45 minutes after their appointment start time. I'd guess they are overbooking their providers' schedules. I have received different cosmetic treatments here, also, and everything was perfectly executed (not to mention, wait time was extremely short). I think Brianna is great at what she does, she is also very nice and professional.

Just received a bill in the mail for the full amount of services. Look up out EOB and looks like they are now out of network for our insurance but did not tell us (good thing he did not go back for all of that work he needed done as it was roughly $5,000). Called the office to inquire as we have been there recently and was very rudely told that they would have told us they were not in network when scheduling (they absolutely did not). They actually told my husband how much insurance he had left to use at the visit so not sure how exactly they supposedly told him they weren't in network. I have an actual printed estimate they gave us on how much insurance coverage we had left (you can see it on my google review). I would avoid this one unless you want unexpected bills.

First & last time getting my hair cut at Salon 101. She used a brush instead of a wide tooth comb & violently ripped through my hair. She faced me away from the mirror the entire time she cut it so I couldn't see what she was doing. There was also some guy who came into her station & stood right next to me, asking her questions about perms for like 10 minutes. She barely dried it & then charged $30. That's $30 for just the cut. No wash, no style. The haircut was so terrible I cried in the parking lot & then went to The Ritz. I walked in & the owner saw my hair, said she wanted to fix it & then did so free of charge. My hair looks amazing now thanks to The Ritz & I will not be returning to Salon 101.

I recently took my daughter into the Lapeer Ulta Store and we were amazed by the wonderful customer service we received. From the moment we walked, we were greeted by smiling sales associates willing to help us with whatever we needed. While looking at make up and trying to decide what would be the best items to start building a make up collection, a manager named Brooke overheard us. Brooke stopped what she was doing and started asking us questions. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately took over, in a good way. She listened to what my daughter wanted/needed, showed what products would be best and why. What products to steer away from and why. She gave us both tips and tricks about application and people to follow on social media. I was so happy that she over heard us talking. Ulta gained 2 new customers today and when we go in we'll always seek out Brooke to help us with our shopping. read more

If I could give this a half star I would. I've been in the Lapeer location twice in 4 weeks, each time for approximately 20 minutes or longer. I was not greeted when I entered the store, I was never offered any help, in fact I was ignored. The first time there were 4 employees on the floor and not one of them spoke to me the second time in the store was much the same. Employees walked past me like I was invisible. This took place in January/February. This past December I visited the Miller Road store in Flint. Completely ignored! What is up with these Ulta stores? Do you only hire the uber stuck up? Three strike you're out Ulta, I'll never shop there again. read more
