This visit, I purchased them a Bubble skincare item. While I didn't see a sale sign on the display, the girls informed me they saw a sign at the front saying Bubble was 30% off. Us parents appreciate any savings on products such as these because they are expensive enough! Normal prices here do feel a bit high but they have rotating sales and just looking for those save some money. As for the staff, we didn't have any help on the floor but the girl at the counter who checked us out was friendly. I think having great customer service wins you stars regardless of prices.

Here is the breakdown on some of the effects they carry: Merle Norman Cosmetics- The only location in BCS where you can get it. I have been using this makeup company for years and love it. Plus they will give you a free makeover whether you just want a new way to wear your eye-makeup or you actually want an entire skin care lesson. Brighton Collectables- They have the biggest selection in BCS of jewelry, and I'm pretty sure the other stores that carry Brighton don't have their other products like handbags or shoes. The ladies that work here are very helpful and if they don't have a piece you're looking for they will special order it for you no problem. Vera Bradley- A few other places in town carry this line as well but none of them offer the personalized customer service that this location has as well as such a large selection. Hair-U-Wear- They have wigs and hair pieces out the wahzoo!! The hair pieces they carry are very high quality. I got one of the ponytail ones just for fun. I love using it when I'm having a bad hair day and believe it or not I get compliments! They also have a ton of little random gift ideas as well as clothes. The clothing is more geared toward women who are 40+ though. The store can be a little overwhelming with the amount of items that are packed into it but the ladies there are more than willing to help you search through it and I think they have been making more of an effort to organize it recently. If you get the regular signature facial version, it is $55 a month. They autodraft out of your bank or credit card. If you miss a month, you can use it another time (so go twice a month), give it to a friend/family, etc. They also "let" you use it to "upgrade" it to their elite facials. But if you do the math, two month's regular membership should be $110 and I don't know where the money goes when you use two months' worth on elite facial that costs $75. I had to put my membership on "hold" for a while as I was traveling too much and did not realize I could only hold it for a few months before it started autodrafting again. It's my fault for not checking my bank account but I never noticed as they never contacted me. I had a whole year worth of money drafted. They only noticed it when I went to do a mommy and daughter day one day. They gave me 3 months to use all the "credits", which I used with my daughter and by "upgrading". We also used them for massages, etc. But at the end of the day, I feel I lost money. Again, this won't be a problem if you keep using it every month. Just be aware if you do miss a month. It will be better to pay cash for upgrading and not use the unused credit.

I've always had several breakouts that just would not go away. 1st month - it felt really good but the breakouts just barely diminished. 2nd month - my skin was visibly better after this visit. 3rd month - only very minor break out left. 4th month and up - my skin has not looked this good in over 10 years. The place is quiet and cozy. It does not have individual rooms like some spas do but you do have plenty of privacy. The staff examines your skin every month and recommends different treatments. At first, I thought they would be another spa who tries to upsell, but they have been doing regular $49 facial ever since my skin became problem free. Months 1-3, they recommended different treatments that targeted my problems and they were $70. I have tried different spas before and have gotten pretty tired of the push for skin care products. At Facelogic, they never try to upsell. They will make recommendations if you ask. I do have a good collection now because they really work well for me. They tend to be low on stocks and if they run out of something, it could take a few weeks to get in though. Overall, I LOVE this place and cannot wait for my monthly appointments.
