I found the clear pull out drawers and they were exactly was I needed/wanted and the price was what I wanted to pay. The selection at this location is fantastic! So many home decor pieces to choose from. I forced myself to stay on task and not look for anything else. Well until I found this great sunglass case that holds 2 pair! I had to buy it! (Will post a photo) I also bought some cute meal prep containers. There was no line today and the cashier was very helpful and polite. I will visit this location often.

I never have any issues navigating the store, even when it's filled to the brim with items and people. The selection of mugs and glassware is incredible and the bath and body section continues to be my favorite. There's a reason this place is always busy! Other "similar stores" can't even compete. I wish the Home Goods in Austin even slightly compared to this one! Pricing is ridiculously competitive which keeps me, and my family, coming back.

My disability is obvious as I do not walk normally at all. When I entered the store at its opening time this morning, I immediately encountered the manager talking to a custodian. After the conversation ended I asked the manager where the luggage was located. (I pointed in the general direction of where it used to be.) She obviously was not happy to be bothered asking me if I had all ready checked that area. I explained that I was simply trying to save some unnecessary steps. The custodian intervened nicely and told me yes that location was correct but low in available stock. I checked and he was correct. Maybe the manager could wear a sign in the future letting people know she does not want to be bothered.

Yes it was over half way used but the wick was so close to the glass it burned through and burned my decorative outside paper off. No biggie things happen but could have been a hazard. CC was so understanding and helpful. Bernard actually did my transaction and was amazing! His and Cecelia's customer service was great. He asked a girl named Taylor for help. She wore glasses. I am pretty sure that was her name. Well her customer service wasn't the greatest not towards her New coworker Bernard nor her customer Me! She acted annoyed before he even asked for her help. As soon as she walked over and looked at my defective candle she immediately was in a no spirit. Saying since it was used and defective she didn't think it could be returned. First thing in my experience in customer service before giving an opinionated no. ASK A MANAGER. Don't start off with a derogatory comment. I have worked here years ago and never experienced this. The return policy is always great. I don't abuse it at all. But when an item that is $26 regardless if on sale or not and I can't burn it until the end it's getting returned. Which is why I love bbw's return policy. Bbw honor their items. Bernard was very uncomfortable with Taylor's attitude. I didn't like seeing that nor how quick her response was to me where she didn't THINK my item was returnable. No empathy as to wow this could have been bad how it burned the plastic off. Please fix this. I'm sure she didn't mean to maybe come off this way but please make sure the working environment is a happy yet professional place!! Thanks loves

Had a very heated conversation with the general manager. The past 3 interactions I don't think I've…read morehad a good experience with this stores employees or management. The past time they mentioned points being transferable between stores like adult retail shop uptown cheapskate. They don't tell you that you have to put that money on a gift card for it to be utilized at another store. They just let you show up to that other store and figure it out with their management, Then feigns ignorance and responsibility, wasting time, money and effort. This most recent time the disrespect was appalling. I showed up with four bins worth of items and offered to leave my bins, but the employee insisted that wasn't necessary. Had I known I would've received my items back in trash bags like discarded trash I would've insisted on leaving my bins. I brought my items in Clean conditions, neatly folded piles, in new clean bins, organized and disinfected. My items were retuned in bagged piles of mess. I called to speak with the manager bc I felt the level of care was lacking towards my items, the employee showed minimal expression which I can live with she can act like she has no empathy, I'm a grown man I don't need to be smiled at thats fine. Where I draw the line is treating my stuff like trash when it isn't yours yet and it didn't need to go that way. I could have left my bins, they didn't need to trash bag it out, they could have treated my items with more care and they could have been more empathetic to my complaint. This may seem small to a multi franchised store but to me this disrespect towards me and my items isn't acceptable. Like my attitude or not this was avoidable and if it's your policy, it's a bad one. If I'm the first, let me be the last. Be better ma'am's. i received a response from the business. I have already informed them by phone that I would NEVER be doing business with their company again so the retaliatory notice that I'm not welcome at the store is none of my concern. I said and I'll quote " you didn't have to treat my shit like trash, I had bins and could have left them ma'am" but I guess that's harsh. I love how your manager mentioned hearing the interaction but still chose to leave mid altercation. You said ma'am by phone to me you heard the conversation and left. So you ignored the problem? Tell your employee that you didn't care in the moment but was able to tell me off later and made sure to unwelcome me.
