Had a very heated conversation with the general manager. The past 3 interactions I don't think I've had a good experience with this stores employees or management. The past time they mentioned points being transferable between stores like adult retail shop uptown cheapskate. They don't tell you that you have to put that money on a gift card for it to be utilized at another store. They just let you show up to that other store and figure it out with their management, Then feigns ignorance and responsibility, wasting time, money and effort. This most recent time the disrespect was appalling. I showed up with four bins worth of items and offered to leave my bins, but the employee insisted that wasn't necessary. Had I known I would've received my items back in trash bags like discarded trash I would've insisted on leaving my bins. I brought my items in Clean conditions, neatly folded piles, in new clean bins, organized and disinfected. My items were retuned in bagged piles of mess. I called to speak with the manager bc I felt the level of care was lacking towards my items, the employee showed minimal expression which I can live with she can act like she has no empathy, I'm a grown man I don't need to be smiled at thats fine. Where I draw the line is treating my stuff like trash when it isn't yours yet and it didn't need to go that way. I could have left my bins, they didn't need to trash bag it out, they could have treated my items with more care and they could have been more empathetic to my complaint. This may seem small to a multi franchised store but to me this disrespect towards me and my items isn't acceptable. Like my attitude or not this was avoidable and if it's your policy, it's a bad one. If I'm the first, let me be the last. Be better ma'am's. i received a response from the business. I have already informed them by phone that I would NEVER be doing business with their company again so the retaliatory notice that I'm not welcome at the store is none of my concern. I said and I'll quote " you didn't have to treat my shit like trash, I had bins and could have left them ma'am" but I guess that's harsh. I love how your manager mentioned hearing the interaction but still chose to leave mid altercation. You said ma'am by phone to me you heard the conversation and left. So you ignored the problem? Tell your employee that you didn't care in the moment but was able to tell me off later and made sure to unwelcome me. read more

I haven't been back to this store in over a year because of how rude their staff was to me and my family. They keep everything in bags, and apparently an older child before us had made a mess. As soon as we walked in, the employee immediately accused me and my 6-month-old of taking items out of the bags even though we had only been in the store for not even two minutes. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very unwelcome. The employee had black hair and glasses. read more

My midwife told me about this place so I went here right after my last checkup. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for baby or kids clothing!! Great pricing, friendly staff (Sara rang up my purchases and was very helpful and friendly!) clean clothes!! this place was very unorganized, i came with my bestfriend to get clothes for her 12 month old baby boy. This store had a very small and unorganized selection and we were not able to find what we were looking for. Kid to Kid is a wonderful place with gently used clothes . And selling my daughter's clothes was even more pleasant. They gave me a great price and I was able to use it as store credit. The staff is also inviting and warm. They have a variety of sizes for boys and girls. The atmosphere is clean and organized. I also love that they have a rewards system. This place is great! The store is so spacious, clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a fantastic collection of kids clothes at very reasonable prices. I love that they have a section specifically for designer items and a large area devoted to Aggie apparel, as well as other sports teams. They also have a section of maternity clothes at great prices. Along with clothes you will find used strollers, Boppy pillows, pack-n-plays, bouncers and a large selection of kids toys/books. If you are looking for used kids clothing or accessories, this is a great place to shop! I took clothes in to sell and they actually explained to me why they didn't take some of the items I brought in. I really appreciated the feedback. I got about what I expected for what they bought from me. The great thing about selling here is that you can chose to take cash for the items you sell or store credit. DON'T GO HERE!! These people are crooks! I was looking for a high chair and an employee helped me find a booster chair. After purchasing this item I saw at Walmart they had the same item for the same price. (Cheaper if you picked up) I then went to Once upon a child and found a high chair for the same price as the over priced booster that I had purchased at K2K. I called the store to ask about returning the item and they stated that they do accept returns. Then I mentioned I will be right there to return the over priced booster and she stated that the receipt down below states the item in question could not be returned. No one mentioned this before. Once upon a Child has returns on all items for 7 days. Don't waste your time and money. Just skip this place and go to Once Upon a Child instead. You can thank me later! read more

I went in to sell some gently used kids items the other day, and I was not impressed. 1) The "buyer" (older Hispanic lady) behind the counter complained the entire time I was in there. Talking about how "short handed" they were, and proceeded to chunk my items that they were not buying on the ground. Keep in mind they were not busy at all. There was maybe two other customers besides myself in the store. She was rather rude, and didn't seem to like her job very much. 2) As I was browsing the store everything seemed extremely over priced. There were baby bouncers for $25-$30 and they had stains all over them. Not to mention the worn out clothes that were $14+. At the end of the day they bought about $10 worth of items from me. I ended up going to Once Upon A Child afterwards and they bought $70 worth of items from me! Moral of the story - Kid To Kid is over priced, and the employees are rude. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Super helpful and pleasant crew working there! I live out of town but always make an effort to stop in there when in BCS. They have a good selection and also bought most of the clothes I brought in. Shoes are definitely hard to come by but not surprising since kids are pretty rough with shoes. it's always clean and organized which is helpful when going through tons of clothes. I LOVE selling and shopping with Kid to Kid! Sherri and her team do a great job. They are friendly, and are efficient, given the number of items brought in to "sell," so they may not be able to get to it that very second, but always provide a timeframe in which they'll get back with you. I have also bought numerous items like new (or even with tags!) for less than I could have bought new, including dance shoes and attire, cleats, and holiday attire. Unfortunately, the other negative posters/ratings may have had what they feel was a bad experience but I've been going since the store opened and have not had the same experience. Love this store! Great staff and great items!!! I love that they post about new items on Facebook. That's how I came upon the stroller I have. They made me feel comfortable having them hold my baby while I checked out the stroller. Can't recommend this store enough they have maternity clothes as well. read more

Always get reasonable offers, quick appraisals, and friendly smiles. I appreciate being able to accumulate store credit if I don't want/need to use it at the time of sale. I do feel a new employee was hassled a bit in front of customers by other staff at my most recent visit. This brought my score down. read more
