Two of the three women at the counter treated my friend and I rudely (likely because of our younger age) and were not helpful. Store is clean, organized, and well stocked. It's a chain store, so it focuses more on having a little bit of everything rather than a huge variety. Their lingerie section is massive, and has lots of sizes for small to big people. Plenty of lubricants, desensitizing sprays, and condoms, so it is definitely a good place to stock up. As far as toys go, they have plenty of vibrator styles and sizes. Lots of dildos on the larger size, and a decent butt plug selection to choose from. For us lgbt folk, they have plenty of the sportsheets harnesses in all sizes, a few nicer quality packers and shorts for the FtM crowd, and lots of cockrings, vibes, etc for the penis-havers. Lacking in tucking panties or other helpful accessories for MtFs. The best feature here is the staff. If you are inexperienced on what makes a good toy, where to start when experimenting, or even just about what is the difference between all the types of lube, the staff can help. Addressing the concerns others have voiced in the reviews: Some have made comments about the ladies' tones, but they are just direct and matter-of-fact about things. I can understand how some might feel like they are a bit condescending, but after hearing them talk with other customers it seems like they are just trying to gauge your experience level before spouting off a bunch of info. Just be honest and let them know if you are nervous, and they will do their best to help out! Also, they have about 7 signs that say 'NO RETURNS' posted around the store. They ask if you have questions or concerns about the product before completing the transaction, and inform you one last time that there are no returns. The no returns policy is standard across all adult shops. You don't want to buy a used dildo, do you? If something is wrong with a vibe or toy, contact the manufacturer! They will know what is the normal lifespan of the item, and in my experience the company is happy to replace the item at no cost if they believe the toy was faulty. read more

Love the store I go there all the time but today I went alone and a woman with a ponytail ran up to me asked for my ID no problem then shortly after I made my way to the back of the shop she just started following me and watching me and when I would turn to look at her she would walk away like I couldn't see her... overall another employee ended up actually helping me find what I needed rather than making me feel like a criminal. read more

Employee with short black hair was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome, she made insulting comments about us looking underage when we showed ID that we were over 18. Service was overall not terrible, an employee kept following me around the store after I said I was just looking around and not for anything in particular then acted like they were "browsing" and looking back at me. Had an issue with my ID that I'm still waiting for in the mail but I have the paper ID (which I couldn't print because I don't have a printer at my apartments) and told me I should work on getting it printed out - whatever. I buy the almost $300 pole they have in store and it turns out that it doesn't even spin (where on the box it doesn't say anything about being only a static pole) and it's incredibly flimsy and unsafe. After spending almost $400 in store I ask if there's anyway for me to return the pole (even for store credit) because I didn't even think it was a product they would sell- it's down right terrible- and I love this store! I'm here all the time! There are no returns or refunds which I can understand but I'm just extremely disappointed in the quality of the pole and lack of knowledge the employees had about the pole. Overall I can pretty much get a long with anybody and don't take things too seriously, but I can see where other people felt uncomfortable being followed and watched by employees and the stick up their ass about IDs when you first walk in is disappointing. !!!DO NOT BUY THE CHEAP ASS FLIMSY ASS RIP OFF ASS POLE!!! read more

So I'm college student and I went in with my girlfriend who's happens to be mixed (black and white) like me and I noticed Carrie one the employees kept staring at us. So time goes by and she eventually comes up to us and asked up to see our id , mind you there was about 10 other kids in the store who she didn't even bother to ask. I hate feeling unwelcome in places and singled out. Not to mention I drove all the way home and came back just to be asked by her to see my id again which is the reason I left. Awful service. Make sure the cashier confirms the quality of any product you purchase, battery operated or no. If they sell you a toy that is ripped you'll be stuck with it and out of your money. Hopefully this won't happen to you, but if it does prepare to deal with snarky, impersonal service and managers that can't be contacted for help. Never will I visit Cindies again. read more

Me and my wife have never had an issue with this store. Its always a friendly atmosphere that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable about being in the type of store you in. I give opinion based on my own experience and the morning staff is what I have normally delt with and they seem to be very pleasant especially for being morning staff (hey who likes getting up early). The store is always neat, prices are good, its nothing like that "other" store in Bryan. I have never had a problem with a return, but everything I've bought has always been checked, and I've always been inform of the return (or no return) policy at the store. I had went in to the Bryan, Texas location to buy my S.O. some gifts. I selected several items including a "personal massager" with the Cindie's brand. The clerk specifically told me that three of the items I had selected were not returnable because they were close-out specials, but two could be exchanged within 30 days. She pointed to two items including the massager. She even added that in order to exchange they would need to be unused and unsoiled. (I responded with a tongue-in-cheek "good policy".) My S.O. and I came in a week later to exchange the massager for another model as it had not been used and we had the receipt. The manager told us that the item could only be "exchanged" for an identical model and only if it was broken. I told the manager that was not within the confines of the term "exchange" and she said that was store policy and there was nothing she could do. I explained that I would have bought a gift card if I knew my purchase was final on this product and that it was useless to us as is. The manager simply reiterated their was nothing she could do. This location advertises a local connection and I tried to give them business, but I will not go back into this store again. They are deceptive and bold about being so. It is a shame when businesses like this fail to realize how much they risk from internet competitors. Until they learn how to provide better service they should consider their fate the same as Sears. read more

The store has a decent selection of sex toys and related items for such a small conservative town; but, the customer service and quality of the products are awful. I purchased lube from them only to find out that it was expired when I got home. I tried returning or exchanging the expired lube, and they refused! What was more infuriating is that I pointed out there were more bottles of the same lube that were expired still on the shelf! Needless to day, they didn't seem to care.
