I walked in and they had trays of food laid out, good music playing, balloons ready to pop that were filled with freebies... apparently it was their anniversary! I bought a really nice jacket off the sale rack for 50% off, and was sorely tempted by a pair of shoes but I ran out of time. I came back again last week just to browse a bit. The girl at the counter barely acknowledged me, which was a surprise after the grand welcome I got last time I dropped in. Their clothes are definitely "boutique unique", but their prices are much more affordable than any other boutiques I've been to in town. They have really cute shoes, too!

I feel sorry for their employees and any customers who have an issue. I've been a long time…read morecustomer and it seems like turnover is high because I don't usually see the same people. Employees, even managers, are unempowered to make small decisions without input from owners. Owners seem fixated on the bottom line instead of honest business practices. Heard a manager badmouthing owners while other employees also were frustrated. When your own employees are so quick to express frustration toward owners, it's obvious there's a problem.
