They use their own in-house delivery team and I've seen them in the store since then where they have greeted me by name and asked if I'm happy with everything. I ended up deciding to get a custom ottoman instead of the one I purchased. With their 3 day return window it was no issue. Their designer Ty helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my living room.
