If it tooks someone 2 minutes to fix it, they are moving SLOW! I needed the little loop soldered back together that holds my cross on the chain. (Btw-it's sterling silver not gold) The gentlemen was friendly - but said it would cost me about $75 because they had to turn the machine on. Needless to say I was shocked. I also enquired about a ring that has 2 small diamonds missing. I was quoted $150.00 - $20 for the 2 stones and $130 for the labor. Again...shocked. *Now here is the interesting part to this review. I called on 8.21.25 and asked how much it would be to fix my cross and said this gentlemen said "no more than $25 and would take about 1 hour. I could leave it and run an errand or two and come back." I am very confused now. I would really like to do business here but now I'm just not sure. Still on the fence... Who does Samuel's think they're fooling? That ring was never worth $1,200. We went and bought a comparable ring at Gordon's non-sale price of $250. I feel bad for the sales people at Samuel's, because they do seem to be nice people who want to help out. I'm sure they know their customers aren't stupid and feel embarrassed about having to be a part of their company's manipulative pricing practices.

Nina took the time to hear my issues with Kay's computer system and found all my jewelry and made sure it was under my name so the inspection process will be easier for all of us going forward. While getting my ring checked in she took steps that I have never seen before to assure me that my jewelry was as advertised/purchased and how it would be tracked through the repair process so I knew I would be getting back what I brought in. This will be my preferred location as long as I am in Texas! The area mangers should be proud of this group and especially Nina.
