My fiancé designed my beautiful custom engagement ring here in December with the help of Chase. Although everyday detail of the ring is absolutely stunning, one thing my fiancé was unsure of was my ring size, which was just a tad too big. I went in today to get measured for my accurate ring size and within 2 hours they had my ring ready for me and back on my finger free of charge!! Thank you so much.

I had a pendant made by The Jewelry Store from a ring valued at approx. $8500. After completion being delayed, I picked up the pendant to find it was not like the pictures I showed them as to the design I wanted. I told them that it wasn't what I had asked for; like the photos I showed them. The pendant also didn't appear to be made well. I wasn't offered any options regarding not being satisfied with their work. I took the pendant immediately to another jeweler because I could see that the diamonds were hanging over/outside the setting. The jeweler had their gemoligist look at it and informed me that the diamonds were damaged, and the setting wasn't made properly to hold the diamonds in place. He mentioned several things wrong with the pendant. The majority of their staff looked at the damaged pendant.  I went back to The Jewelry Store and was promised in writing that they would replace the diamonds they damaged. The price quoted and that I paid for them to make the pendant was refunded to me. I was told when the replacement diamonds came in we'd discuss compensation to bring me whole. After waiting quite some time I called the store and was told that the hurricane was delaying shipping. The Jewelry Store contacted me by text (describing a ring that wasn't mine) prior to me picking up the pendant so I tried contacting them by text as well. I was told, "At nursing home with dad now. Will contact you upon return." I heard nothing from them after that message until I spoke with the police department and made them aware that I had. After I contacted the police department, The Jewelry Store requested that I come in to discuss the situation. I had tried to discuss it for quite some time with no resolution. Once I contacted the police department and told them I'd be filing a small claims court case they claimed my diamonds had been there waiting for me to pick up since 2 days after leaving the pendant. If this were true why would he have said he'd contact me after leaving the nursing home and ask me to come in to discuss this only after I mentioned contacting the police? They hired an attorney. I didn't hire counsel because I have proof of everything I'm saying. I wasn't aware that having proof means nothing without having an attorney. I asked for nothing more than the value of my ring he destroyed. During the very brief court appearance in front of a Brazos county JP, with no knowledge of diamonds and jewelry (he said this himself) they tried to hand me a piece of wax paper with stones that didn't appear to be the same size as my diamonds. Since the Judge said he didn't know anything about diamonds, I refused to take the stones. Under the circumstances the diamonds needed to have a professional grading that accompanied them, in my opinion. I was told by their attorney, "There is a jeweler here," referring to his client. The attorney for the Jewelry Store objected to me having the gemoligist that told me the pendant was damaged put on a speaker call to verify what I told the Judge to be true. IMO, the Judge wasn't interested in viewing any of my documentation of proof showing my attempts to contact them, trying for a few months to resolve this issue with the owners. The Judge started saying to me about half way through the short appearance, "You can appeal." He said this several times. In my opinion, this was all decided before I ever entered the court room. Their attorney sent me documents requesting that I change the name of the business in which I used to file the case, but didn't request that the case be moved to the Judge that was actually supposed to hear the case. I wasn't aware that I filed it with the wrong JP court. This is information that should have been brought to my attention. In my opinion, their attorney was aware it was filed with the wrong Judge. No judgement was mentioned to me by the Judge. Their attorney handed the Judge 2 documents saying, "one is without fees, one is with fees for this woman embarrassing his client, and wasting his time." Less than 5 minutes later I was handed a document and told, "go around to the front if you'd like to appeal." I went to the front desk and asked to appeal, the clerk told me, "contact an attorney or legal aid." When I arrived home, I noticed they had me owing The Jewelry Store $700 for attorney fees. I also noticed there was no order by the Judge to return my property. Upon speaking to an attorney, due to the wording in the order, the Judge gave them my property and ordered me to pay them $700. I have documents to prove this. This business has thousands of dollars worth of diamonds that belong to me. If I get anything back; it'll just be pieces of my ring. I'd be satisfied with the truth being told; and any recovery can be donated to a family in need.

    CAD Design

My fiancé and I designed my ring last August, so this review is long overdue, but I needed to share how GREAT our experience was with Chase & The Jewelry Store! We chose to do a custom design because after trying on rings at multiple stores, nothing felt right or looked like the ring I pictured in my mind. Not to mention my fiancé was investing in this ring so he thought it was pretty important that I love and wear the ring everyday!!! So, we decided to visit The Jewelry Store. Unlike other local jewelers who tried to charge $$$ to just share their ring sketches (some were literally just messy copies of my own drawings that I had shown them...), Chase talked with us about the process/budget and worked on the design until it was perfect for free. We knew we could trust him because not only did multiple people recommend him, but he also didn't try to put price tags on everything- it never felt like he was trying to sell us something or pull one over on us. They can create anything within your budget, whether it's making small changes in order to afford the design you want or offering new options so you can get the most for your money. They're passionate about their work which made designing the ring fun and proved that they genuinely care about the quality of their products- they treat you like family, not like a transaction. I'm IN LOVE with my ring and so happy that we went with their store. Chase not only brought my crazy vision to life, but he made the design even better. We will definitely be lifelong customers and will continue to recommend them to others. I always appreciate in-depth reviews when checking out a business, so more details + photos below if anyone is interested: 1. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: Chase and his dad NEVER ONCE tried to pressure us into a purchase throughout the process, which we especially appreciated as a young couple and first-time buyers of fine jewelry. They didn't try to 'upgrade' the design or force stones on us- he asked for our budget and respected it throughout each step. They never questioned it, never pushed it, and kept us from going over that price. We actually ended up using our own loose stone for the center stone and they never tried to convince us otherwise. They just wanted the ring to be what we wanted within our budget. 2. CREATION: Chase can create ANYTHING you want. He and his dad make sure your design is structurally sound as well to keep the stones/metal safe, and to make it comfortable to wear every day. With my ring specifically, he got the stones as close as possible and edited the design until it was smooth/sleek so it wouldn't catch on anything. He ensured the center stone would be secure and gave the head of the ring extra support with the setting- he even added weight to the bottom of ring band to keep it from moving on my finger. 3. COMMUNICATION: He never made us feel like the design process was a hassle- trust me, I'd know because it probably took a little longer with us since he had to deal with me obsessing over every detail. He was always excited and was always patient, even when I sent a million ideas/comments. So Type-A people, you can 1000% trust him to get your design perfect and to keep you updated on every detail along the way. 4. ACTUAL RING: The best thing is that the ring in real life came out EXACTLY like the CAD design Chase created- actually it came out even better! I've had my ring for ~8 months now so not a long time overall, but not a single problem so far. He made design suggestions (i.e. metal colors for settings, stone shapes, etc.) which improved the ring, and made my crazy vision into something practical and wearable.

Engagement ring with the wedding band (additional anniversary band not pictured)

My (now) husband found Chase when he was looking to design a custom engagement ring. Chase worked thoroughly and in a timely manner with his CAD program to deliver exactly what we wanted for a price that couldn't be beat, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you, Chase and The Jewelry Store for making such an exciting and beautiful step in our relationship so enjoyable and smooth! I love it!

I asked Robby to reset my plain princess cut band. And boy...did he ever!!! Amazing job transforming a classic!

I was interested in taking a closer look at class ring wraps since I recently purchased my first-ever class ring to commemorate the completion of my PhD. The ring wraps were at the front of the store, which was also quite convenient. I spent a little more than expected, but boy was it worth it. Add to that, Kennedy gave me personalized service that I look forward to using and recommending for as long as she's a jeweler!

If it tooks someone 2 minutes to fix it, they are moving SLOW! I needed the little loop soldered back together that holds my cross on the chain. (Btw-it's sterling silver not gold) The gentlemen was friendly - but said it would cost me about $75 because they had to turn the machine on. Needless to say I was shocked. I also enquired about a ring that has 2 small diamonds missing. I was quoted $150.00 - $20 for the 2 stones and $130 for the labor. Again...shocked. *Now here is the interesting part to this review. I called on 8.21.25 and asked how much it would be to fix my cross and said this gentlemen said "no more than $25 and would take about 1 hour. I could leave it and run an errand or two and come back." I am very confused now. I would really like to do business here but now I'm just not sure. Still on the fence... If I decide to return I will update my review.
