Great hole in the wall joint. Drove from Chandler because I needed the drive and it's a pretty one. Great ribs. Great service.

My colleagues ordered takeout and I tried their twinkie boat ($9.50) and woww it was really good. A twinkie boat is a Mesquite smoked fresh jalapeno stuffed with smoked cream cheese and brisket wrapped in bacon with mac and cheese. Even writing that out is a mouthful haha. I loved how the brisket is wrapped in bacon around the jalapeno. It was so flavorful. All of the flavors meshed well together. I thought I would get tired of the mac n cheese, but it was so good with their original bbq sauce. I definitely want to try their other things on the menu.

Staff was attentative. Greeted us at the door. We had our dog along and was able to take her out on the screened patio with us while we ate. Place is small but very neat and clean. The food was excellent. Half rack of ribs (7) had nice bark and tasted great. (tasted better with the spicey BBQ sauce) and the meat was fall off the bone tender. Wife had pulled pork and she ate all of it. Great place. we will be back....

    Frito pie

I cannot say enough good things about Salinas's. The customer service was impeccable. The food so so SO good. I had the frito pie & I had to finally slow down to take a picture. It was just that good. Their brisket is perfect. So very juicy, tender & packed with flavor. The ambience is wonderful whether you sit inside or out on the patio. & the best part? Dogs are welcome in the patio! They are very accommodating. I highly recommend making the trek & stopping by. It is a must.

Family meals for 4 people, we got Baby back ribs, Pulled pork, links, and Brisket. you got 2 sides, and bread!

Excellent food, fast services and reasonable price. definitely will come back. the only thing is bad is they close at 8 pm.. too early! overall will said is worth to try! lots of seats inside and outside. nice place and lots of parking too!

    Sausage link and coleslaw.

Interesting servings, service is friendly, fairly fast! Ambiance was clean and roomy, no real change from last occupancy. Noisy with just a few patrons. Hard to talk, or listen. Slaw was cold but the cream was thin and vinagary

Best Brisket Birria Tacos I've ever had! I'd also give the Tx Twinkies and cheddar jalapeño sausage a 8/10. Great service!

We were in full shade. The owner handled this as well as our order and bringing out the food. He was friendly and engaging. The place is cute inside and was clean. The only disappointment was that the half pound of brisket I got was chopped rather than sliced. I am sure that is on me for not realizing it would come that way. Regardless, the meat was lean and tender and has a nice smokey taste. I prefer not to use sauce and this meat didn't need any. The burnt ends (both beef and pork belly) were good but I would stick to the brisket. My husband got a baked potato and it was loaded up nicely. The fries were very good and served piping hot. The order size was generous. If you find yourself in or near Globe, this place is worth a stop.

The place has a no-nonsense, small-town charm. You walk in and it smells like someone's been tending a smoker since sunrise. I went for the brisket and ribs combo, and it was everything I hoped for. The brisket had that perfect smoke ring and melted in my mouth, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone with just enough bite to keep it interesting. Their house BBQ sauce is tangy with a little kick--not too sweet, not too spicy, just right. What really stood out was the portion size. It's not just generous--it's borderline ridiculous. Watching HUGE BBQ PLATTER CHALLENGE | BeardMeatsFood, I thought it might be exaggerated for the camera, but nope. They serve up serious plates. You can see why Adam (BeardMeatsFood) was sweating through that challenge. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely proud of what they're serving. I chatted with one of the guys behind the counter who mentioned they've had folks come in just because of the YouTube video. It's cool to see a local spot get that kind of attention. If you're into food challenges, the vibe is very much like what you see in DRUNK GUY BETS BAR STAFF I'LL BREAK THE RECORD ... and THIS CHALLENGE HAS BEEN FAILED 70 TIMES! | 13TH ...--fun, a little chaotic, and full of personality. But even if you're just there for a regular meal, Gila Hogs delivers. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Globe, AZ, and you love BBQ, this place is worth the stop. It's not polished or fancy--it's just damn good food made by people who care. So Sad this place is now closed since I was there !!!!

The service is alway fast and friendly and they will happily guide through your selection and answer all your questions. The portions are huge! The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Everything has been awesome! So awesome, int fact, we stopped on the way uo north to Alpine from Gilbert, and decided to stop in again the following day in the way home! Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

Unlike a lot of restaurants, it didn't smell like grease. Our waitress, Desiree, was friendly and very attentive. The food was some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Fortunately they were not out of the carne asada for my burro. My husband's shrimp were still steaming over 5 minutes after they were served. The red sauce they were in tasted good. The chips were fresh and salsa had a nice kick to it. We tried the deep fried jalapeños and decided to place an order of them to go along with a combo plate and another burro. We will be back. We also had some complimentary chips and salsa (a bit zippy for my taste, but my husband liked it.). Service was friendly and efficient and the food came out quickly.
