today may 25th I ordered from the kiosk and i payed and it said APPROVED . Then messed up. and refund my money to my card . This order was 21.29 . I went to pay again pushed the try again tab and it did the same thing . chrged me 21.29 . Then refund it again . And refunda don't go directly back in your account . At this point I had over $40 in charges to my account . Asked for help the guy seemed like he rather talk to the girl employee then help me . 3rd time ended up paying cashier and that time was 23.98 . i Didn't end up getting 8 of the ten tacos . told the guy there. he gets on his register and edit my order and says i orded 2 tacos with 5 extra cheeses . and you can't even do that at self order kiosk. I ended up just leaving . I'll never go back . Iv been a customer over 30 years . and found hair from an employee in my food . Cause he wasn't wearing a hair net . This jack in the box is CRAP . Wow, I normally like jack, at least breakfast. It's been about a year since I bought those tacos, I was blown away by how greezy, sloppy, wilted these two tacos were, just look at the photos! Drive thru with no line, I see why. These tacos didn't want to come out of the paper bag / wrapper! Just wow! What a disappointment! read more

So its a Jack in The Box. We all know what to expect when we come to a fast food joint like this. The issue here is that this location each and every employee seemed like they where just pissed off at life. I dont underatand. Never been to this jack in the box before, for starters I didn't want bacon on my sandwich, So I heard the server go back to kitchen and say what's wrong with people that don't like bacon and she went on and on about it, then I looked at my receipt and was charged $1.99 to much, So I told the cashier and she was shaking her head and being bitchy to her fellow emplyee the cashier don't know her name but she was the one with the pin thru her nose both employees were very rude. My husband's tacos he had to try and scrape the packaging off the taco which we ended up throwing away. There was very bad costomer service. We just stopped by as we are staying at the Fairgrounds RV park and ordered 2 ea 3 piece chicken dinners. When we got to the RV park both dinners were only 2 pieces. I tried to call them but only got busy signals. Check what you ordered before you leave this place. Oh and by the way, the bill was $16.78 read more

The place was to slow the front was to slow last night, they had 5 people working up front and they only had 1 person making all the burger and they only had 1 fryer last night it would be nice if they each had 2 people on the fryer and grill to make thing quicker. I saw only 2 people do there job up front the rest were standing around and talking to each other. They didn't offer any help to the grillers or fryers. Every evening there's always a line of cars. There's one guy that works up front that is way to loud and he acts really childish. Next time I hope to give this place a much higher rating last night just wasn't it for me they forgot my egg rolls and I had to wait in line again just to get them. read more

The worst customer experience ever. We stop here and walk in, there are two families sitting down eating, and what I thought was a vagrant at the other entrance. I walk up and begin to glance at the menu while waiting for someone to come up to take our order. A woman walked up tobthe register and as I was about to speak, she said something and I gave her a strange look and I realized that the man outside walked in and she was talking to him, not me. She then walked off and grabbed a Fed ex folder because what I thought was a vagrant, was an EMPLOYEE asking for his check! Absolutely ridiculous. I don't mean to be rude to the guy, but he can wait until his shift or he could have at least waited until after us seeing as how he's an employee. It was the worse service I have seen. The last couple of times they have messed up on the order, but last night was the worse, especially the excuse. I am deathly allergic to mayos and ketchup, to the extent of if I eat some, I will stop breathing. And I took it back in there and told them about them messing up. The one lady acted like she couldn't understand me, then the manager comes up and says that it's not their fault. I would have understand if it was a simple thing like it's our mistake, not saying it's none of their faults. I understand that they had new people, but it is their fault, for them saying it's not their faults, it's like saying the mayos and ketchup jumped onto the burger. read more
