Mr. Lopes quickly diagnosed my septic problems, and there were multiple, proposed a fix and offered to help. He was even willing to work with me on the bill if the cost got to be more than I could afford all at once. He was funny and made me laugh when I wanted to cry over my septic. These rains this year really did a number on my septic but he got it all fixed and even put risers on my septic so it'll be easy to pump going forward without having to pay someone several hundred dollars to have to dig down to the lids.
