He never came out, and when I called to see what was going on, the receptionist was very rude and said I did not know what I was talking about and that I was lying about the tank being full and hung up on me. It is alarming for someone to call another person a liar when they did not see what I was talking about. Other reviews for this company mention the same thing about the receptionist being rude and unprofessional. Regardless, the receptionist's bad attitude is the least of my worries. Her misery and anger probably stem from the guilt of being involved in such a lousy business that scams people. That would eat me up inside and probably make me a sad person like her, too. A different business was hired, told me I was NOT lying, and said the bottom of the tank was entirely full of toilet paper and sludge and had to drain it thoroughly. For a business to not do the job it said it did but still charge the customer is a scam. She was not asking for her money back. She wanted someone to come out to revisit the situation and see that it was still full and needed to be drained. Like any other good business would do to keep their customers coming back to them for service and create a relationship to better their company. Unfortunately, this business is only interested in doing the least amount of work and charging the total price. Calling this place a business shames all other actual companies that care about their customer's needs and do the job they are hired to do. This place is run by scam artists who take advantage of their customers. Their webpage mentions they are "experts" at the septic tank and drain services, but I assure you the only thing they are experts at is having lousy business practices. So, if you are interested in paying the total price for an unfinished job and rude customer service, hire this company; you will be in great hands!! Now, if you are looking for a professional business to do the job, I STRONGLY ADVISE you to look elsewhere immediately!

Mr. Lopes quickly diagnosed my septic problems, and there were multiple, proposed a fix and offered to help. He was even willing to work with me on the bill if the cost got to be more than I could afford all at once. He was funny and made me laugh when I wanted to cry over my septic. These rains this year really did a number on my septic but he got it all fixed and even put risers on my septic so it'll be easy to pump going forward without having to pay someone several hundred dollars to have to dig down to the lids. With these new risers, I'll certainly be pumping more often.
