Simply putting it, TUD is HORRIBLE. 1. TUD does not return phone calls. 2. The TUD staff are rude. 3. I live alone in my home, 4. I do not have any yard areas that I water. 5 I use very little water per day. 6. I pay over $330 every two months for very little water. 7. I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and live on very little money. 8. I have ASKED if I can have my own water tank to save money...NO RESPONSE. TUD is a A BIG JOKE. $$$$$$$ read more

I never thought that you could never stop a water service if you are not living in your home, and trying to sell it, not with TUD!!!! You will pay regardless, they'll charge you the same rate no matter what, they are crooks and out to get you, simply because you have no choice. Lydia is a cold bloody worker that answers customers concerns with rude and none professional manner. This is the worst experience I've ever experienced in my life. My Attorney will find a way to get back my money they've stole from my family. You could never stop service charges till another sucker buys your home and get stock with these crooks at TUD.
