I wanted to take a moment to share how incredible my experience was with your team, and…read morespecifically to commend Samuel for the phenomenal job he did. Yesterday afternoon, I spoke with Gail about a stressful leak in my water heater. Because I called a bit late in the day, same-day service wasn't available--which was completely understandable. However, early this morning, I received a prompt call from Samuel, and he was on top of it right away. Samuel was a complete gentleman and an absolute professional from start to finish. He patiently answered every single one of my questions and did an outstanding job with the actual work, which included: Fixing the leak quickly and efficiently. Replacing the old pipes to ensure everything was secure. Installing a brand-new water heater seamlessly. What started out as a highly stressful situation was made completely easy and hassle-free thanks to his care and expertise. I cannot thank your team enough for the peace of mind. Samuel really did a spectacular job, and I will absolutely be referring your services to all of my friends and family! Thank you again!

Very disappointed with over all service. We spent around 7k between two jobs, one they may have…read morecaused, and by time they got done with "fixing" that problem we had more. It started with having them fix a leak we had in our front yard caused my a root. During that job we added on a water softener and replacement toilet. The water softener spent most the first week on error till google help me figure that one out. Everything else seemed to be working fine till I noticed our front yard beginning to die. During the pipe repair a worker told me he broke and "fixed" a sprinkler pipe, I said no worries. 6kish total A few weeks go by and my wife notices the box with the sprinkler valves is completely full of water. I call up Tonys not blaming them, but asking to come check it out incase it is something they may have caused. Turned out one of the valves had sprung a nice leak and would need replacing, best to do all 3 he says. I say sure and 1kish later I have no leak but no working sprinklers. We call them back asking for someone to come check out the new problem as the did work before the work was done... Well they tell us he is coming out at 9:30 the next day, he did not. I got home from work figuring he must have messed up the wiring. Sure enough he did not complete the wiring and left a ground wire un stripped and just kinda hanging out. I do a bit of work to fix his wiring mess and find the sprinklers are now working..... some of them. We have a set of sprinklers for a garden bed that now do not work that after I got the others working my wife called Tonys back again for them to come look at this. He comes while we are at work and calls me to argue it is not his problem because he did not touch those. Well he did touch the wiring and messed that up so who else should I blame that the job is not done? We will not waste more money with Tonys or Knights or Whomever the claim to be anymore. Horribly disappointed after having spent that much money just deal deal with "professional" plumber that needs someone trained in automotive to come fix his work.

I was working with Taylor from Top Tier Plumbing on fixing issues with our plumbing system that was…read morebacking up our toilet and sink. He came out and checked the issue and at first quoted me $1500 then went down to $800, not sure how there was such a difference in cost but anyway, we paid the $800 to have the issue fixed and everything seemed fine. The next day, the issue had come up again, not even 12 hours later! He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money...

We like to support small businesses!…read more I recently had an odor coming from my bathroom. We didn't know where the smell was coming from. We initially thought it was the toilet, so we removed the toilet entirely and covered the hole. I found Jimmy's Plumbing and called him directly. He made the time to come over next business day even though he had a full day of work scheduled. As soon as he entered the bathroom he checked our walls for soft spots, looked in our cabinets for leaks, etc. He also checked the hole where the toilet was. He knew exactly where the smell was coming from, the overflow in the bathtub. He gave us his suggestions for getting rid of the smell and then said to add a new rubber gasket and seal it. He did suggest that the flange needed to be replaced because the original one was old and therefore, we could be have issues with leaks/smell. In the end, Jimmy was very knowledgeable and thorough! We will definitely reach out to Jimmy again. FYI- his phone number is listed. It's better to call him.

I scheduled an appointment, and Carlos R. was there at 8 am Friday morning to check my AC. HVAC systems are complicated but they are also a big investment, and so I wanted to understand everything and Carlos R. patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions in a straightforward and honest manner (I had a small amount of AC knowledge and also looked up some things after the visit). It didn't make sense to repair it as so much of my system was obsolete, and so I ended up deciding to proceed with a new system. DeHart dropped off a portable AC for my bedroom so that I wasn't miserable during the heatwave over the weekend, and the DeHart crew came early on Monday am and installed everything while I was at work--they were careful with my house and I came home to a clean and air-conditioned house. Carlos R. came back a couple days later to close the loop and answered my questions on how to use the system, the warranty, the maintenance, the permit process, and the rebate. The whole process has been seamless, and the fact that Carlos and DeHart are clearly so detail-oriented gives me a lot of confidence in their long-term quality of service.
