I'm official a motorcycle owner and that's all thanks to Allen and Tyler from Salinas Motorcycle Center. Allen and Tyler made the buying process smooth and stress free. I purchased a Kawasaki Z125 Pro, service team even helped me load it into my Denial enclosed truck. Yes a Z125 pro does fit into an enclosed truck (see photo) you just need to lean the bike a bit and take off the mirrors. Service team helped me strap the bike down. Customer service is beyond great. Don't listen to the negative reviews. I will definitely be back for a 600cc bike!

Why do I need a appointment to ask for parts? Sign on door says call this number and don't knock on glass , lady answered I tell her what I need she says let me call you back, WTH? I'm here but no one to let me in? Maybe buy some accessories? No thanks going to Hollister Powersports for my RZR parts at least I can walk in a door and talk to someone

I really don't understand all the negative reviews about this place. EVERYONE that works here is super friendly and very helpful with what ever you are looking for! Tyler the floor rep and Hunter the mechanic in the back both went beyond customer service with helping me with the bikes that I wanted. I bought two pit bikes! They were so great and made the process so easy I came back for a Kawasaki trail bike. I'm super satisfied and would recommend this shop to anyone!!

If you purchase something here plan on paying more than the price you thought you'd be paying. They won't tell you the prices before you come in and they only let you go in one at a time, in the end you're stuck with an extra $1000 in fees of this or that. Tried to service my bike here twice and just gave up. My friends were able to come over and just fix my bike or bring it to another shop for me within an hour whereas I'm still waiting on my call back from this place. Love my bike though, it's sick and keeps up definitely recommend if you want to learn how to work on a bike. (Its throttle wire snapping twice, back tire popping, idle coming loose, and the bolt that fastens the engine falling off) so I'll give y'all 2 stars, lol.

When I got there I was having some issues so I brought it to Bill's. Bill and his crew did a once over and advised me I'd been "taken" for a ride. Not only did Bill and crew point out what shady stuff had been going on but they worked through all the hassles dealing with the folks from Nevada and AIMCI. Can't say enough about these guys.

Absolutely Disgraceful - Bill Would Be Ashamed…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Ever since James took over the shop, it's been a complete disaster. Bill must be turning over in his grave watching the legacy of his once-respected business crumble into this joke of a garage. I took my Harley in for service and ended up returning multiple times, each visit leaving my bike in worse condition than before. I finally had to take it to a professional shop in the Bay Area just to undo the damage. The mechanic there literally asked if someone was trying to kill me/us. That's how dangerous the work done here was. A new rear tire was mounted incorrectly, causing rubbing and leaving a deep 1/2-inch gouge around the entire tire before we realized what was happening. They also installed used parts without my consent -- completely unacceptable. When I went back to confront them and request a refund, I was smugly told to "take it to small claims court, others have." So, that's exactly what I'm doing. It doesn't stop there. My girlfriend's son took his bike in for a basic oil change and left with a cracked reservoir and a brake handle that literally fell off while he was riding it home. This place isn't just unprofessional -- it's outright dangerous. Stay far away. This shop is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I genuinely fear for anyone trusting their lives to the work being done here.
