Jerry was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He spent a great deal of time helping me try different styles and sizes, never making me feel rushed. Although they didn't have the exact size I needed in the shoe I wanted, Jerry went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch and let me know when new inventory arrives.
