I decided on a C14 mink set, and was guided into a private area closed off from other customers by actual walls rather than thin curtains. The bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep within a few minutes of starting! Halfway through both eyes, she removed the tapes and gave me a mirror to confirm that I liked how it looked so far. The rest of the appointment went by quickly, it only took about an hour total to apply 110 pieces per eye. As a testament to their work's longevity, ZERO pieces fell out during the first week and they still looked good (slightly thinner, minimal gapping) 3 weeks later when I came back for my fill. Definitely choose mink over silk, it's longer lasting due to how lightweight and soft they are!
