I went here for the first time today with no appointment. The lady there was super nice and friendly. She took me willingly and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I had never gotten them shaped or threaded before and they looked great. And it took all of a few minutes. I went in to the red my upper lip. She took two minutes to do the entire area when she finished. I asked her if she was done. I then proceeded to tell her to please make sure that she has removed all my hairs, and she said no it's fine everything is done. Everything is good. I feel she did a very rushed job and didn't listen to me when I told told her to please make sure that she had removed all my hairs from my upper neck because she did such a rushed job. Im surprised to see the negative review on here as I've discovered this place a year ago. After 4 pleasant visits, I decided it's time to write a review. I will speak only on behalf of their threading service. Service: The ladies here are warm and welcoming. Usually there's always one. I've walked in during afternoons on weekends/weekdays or near closing time and I never had to wait long. They're quick and do their job efficiently. Sometimes a cellphone will ring but they willexcuse themselves and go silence it. If it's the business phone, it's understandable for the woman to pause and answer it if she's alone. Results: I never had eyebrows too thin or thick. Every eyebrow has it's unique shape and they take it into consideration. My face isn't the most symmetrical so you have to double check to make sure how to make the brows look even lol. If I get my lips done, I ask if they can go quick cause its a much sensitive area and they gladly agree. Price: $5 brows $3 lips. Minimum for card is $10 Overall I'm a happy customer. I have threading salons more closer to home but none that leaves me as satisfied as this place! read more

I am surprised to see negative comments. I have done two brazialians and two leg waxes here. Both experiences were great. I do not need a fancy hotel like place (this is clean enough)- I just want a good wax we're I dont get rashes and the hair is gone! Absolutely perfect job on my eyebrows and I am very particular when it comes to my eyebrows! I've had two different ladies work on my brows, and each time they came out perfectly. I'm unsure of their names as they didn't introduce themselves or ask me my name. Something I think this establishment could benefit from is to lower the volume on their tv. The last few times I was there, the tv was very loud, and it could be a bit distracting for customers. Other than that, this is my new spot! read more

They are thieves. Their prices are ridiculous. They charge 16 dollars for eyebrow and chin but there was no hair on the chin I told the lady I already tweezed. So for the 2 second thread she decided to rob me. The wax for arms u details is 36 !!! We are in a recession. Never again read more

This is my regular place to get my eyebrows threaded and my Brazilian wax. Now I'm adding facials. Just got the seaweed four layer facial and it was excellent. Room was immaculate the whole shop was. The hour facial was actually an hour a lot of places it's only 45 minutes. Not the usual products I use but my face came out smooth and looking very dewey!! Next I'll be trying the massage and if it works out as well as everything else this will be my go to place for everything. I only go on Tuesdays. read more

Absolutely horrible experience, not once but a few time . Today I just drew the line . Today is a Thursday and this same lady is here other days . I am just appalled at how rude this lady is . I went is to get a my full arms, legs, under arms waxed . I also have wanted a my eyebrows and upper lips threaded. There were three ladies before me and the worker informed me that the wait was 30 mins so I said no problem . I had my young kid with me who read while we waited . Then another a customer came in for eyebrows and she Asia's let me take her first so I said well I have my child and don't want to make it too late so, still I agreed . Then finally after a 45 min wait it was my turn and another customer for eyebrows walked in . Now this worker wanted to take her again and this time I said I have been waiting with my child and can't wait more , you need to take people as they walk in . She started arguing telling me I had come late , mind you I had been waiting for 45 mins and it was 7:25 then . I told her they don't close until 8 and I let another lady ho in-front of me . This worker was so rude , She said I had a lot of work and replied well that a good thing for your boss they want work , but she kept arguing. So I had had enough and I left . So the owner knows , she lost a regular customer that comes in for full waxing including bikini, full face including bleach and routine facials. This same lady burnt my arms while waxing & fought with my old mom when she messed up her eyebrows and my mom asked her politely to fix it . I thought she was having a bad day so I overlooked it . But time and time again this lady has be so obnoxious , her work is average and her manners are non existent. Me , my family or friends WILL NOT Abe going back !! I am a good tipper too . I went once before and had a lady thread my eyebrows and wax my face and it was fine. I went back again a few weeks after and had a different lady - she seemed a lot younger. She started without saying anything or asking what I wanted? And then I asked her to wax my forehead and upper lip - I noticed she got wax in my hair and I started to take it off and she said she would do that afterwards. THEN she went for my upper lip- put hot wax straight onto my lip without blowing it off?? I told her it was hot and she continued to put it o to the rest of my lip?? It was burning and I had to ask for aloe. And then she rubbed baby oil on my face and sat down to watch Netflix or YouTube. When I looked in the mirror, I had chunks of wax in my hair and all over my face- she watched me try to talk it off and from the couch she said "there's oil on the table", didn't even offer to help and take off the wax for me... And then I asked to pay and without looking at me and continuing to search for her show said $14 I had to wait for her to finish to get up and let me pay.... I would've given it 1 star but my first experience was fine, probably won't be going back again. read more

I normally don't write reviews for places unless they're positive, but I felt the need to write this because this is the second time I've left disappointed from the same person. The first time an older woman spent 20 minutes on my eyebrows after having to be reminded to wash her hands after rubbing her feet. The only reason I still got them done was because I was in dire need to get my eyebrows done and she was the only one there. She messed up my eyebrows so bad they had to be grown out for almost three months in order to look similar again. I went times in between and had no issues with other women doing my eyebrows. Today I went back and had the same issue, I desperately needed them done and the same older woman was there and again messed up my eyebrows. Both times when I told her I was dissatisfied she said my eyebrows were already like that, when they clearly weren't. After spending 15-20 minutes just cleaning them up you would think they'd look pristine, but they look worse than before. Very disappointed with this one particular woman. Avoid this place!!!! Got my faced waxed there and even after explicitly telling the woman that the wax is hot, she continued waxing without ensuring that the waxed cooled enough. She was not gentle and treated my face without any regard to me being a person. When it was time to thread my face after, she place baby oil on a tissue and tried to rub the wax off. By this point my face was on fire and I stopped her. I got out of the chair and saw it was red and realized that she burned me several places on my face. Her solution was to put aloe gel, no sorry whatsoever. Very nonchalant about burning a customer. She still managed to charge me the full $25. Needless to say I will never get my face done there again and will be going back to meet with the owner because I believe I should be getting my money back. If they do not want to, I will definitely be reporting the salon to the better business bureau. read more
