Over the…read moreyears it had started to slope back towards the foundation, and the gutter drains weren't working anymore, as they had clogged over the years. Jim gave me a very fair price for the work, and his team did outstanding work! They tore out the old sidewalk and gutter drains, regraded and fixed the base under the sidewalk, replace the underground drains, and repoured the sidewalk. The end result looks fantastic! If you have any concrete work that needs to be done, don't hesitate to call Teran Concrete. I highly recommend them!

I hired Teran to lay and widen a new drive, replace my sidewalk and lay a new patio. The reason I…read moreoriginally wanted to hire Teran was because of the thorough work I watched them do when replacing my neighbors drive. I researched them online as well and found nothing but rave reviews. It was clear I hired the right company after my first conversation with Jim. His passion for doing quality work really stands out. He doesn't cut corners and uses the most durable materials. On to the work... I was not disappointed one bit. They were incredibly thorough. Teran even pointed out several simple solutions for issues we've had since we moved here back in '09 and just kinda "forgot" about. These simple little changes made all the difference in the world. Everything looks amazing. Even months after the job was finished, I have complete strangers stop in front of my house and compliment on how beautiful everything looks. One last thing, Jim is also not done with you once the job is done. He makes sure you are happy and also ensures you take good care of the concrete and stays on you about following the regular maintenance. Teran is definitely your team if you want good honest work!

Mike who is the owner first started off very nice, then as late may went by I contacted him with no response. I then to had to contact him down again to check the status of my permit, as I did give him HALF the down payment. Finally I called the village myself and he finally contacted me. Time has gone by and they finished the job and man was it sloppy! They came back out to strip it and I pointed out their mistakes and how 2-3 family members also noticed these mistakes and the main guy on the job "EDDY" said "they are stupid, this is just a walkway and it doesn't really matter they are little things". **Mistake included many chips that will continue to chip and they were rushing they cant cut straight lines or even finish the line for that matter, (pictures to follow).** I continued to say that "it DOES matter to me because this is my house and my money". If it was free I couldn't complain of such a sloppy job. GET EVERYTHING IN YOUR CONTRACT EVEN THE SMALLEST THING! They wouldn't even come in to fill the dirt they took out for the job EXTREMELY CHEAP. I also had to clean up 12 nails so my lawn guy didn't damage his machine or anyone else hurt themselves. Finally my aunt wanted something called "a release of lein" so I kindly asked mike in text and his response was SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL i had to call him to set it straight ( **please refer to the pictures if you want to see the texts!!!**) They ARE NOT accredited by the BBB SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO WITH SOMEONE ACTUALLY DEPENDABLE!!!!!

He also uses a very good quality product - techniseal - whereas other contractors would be inclined to put on cheaper stuff. I highly recommend Tim. Maybe one of the best contractors I have ever worked with for a home landscape project. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done 110%. Don't waste your time looking at any other contractors. If you need your patio cleaned and sealed this is the company to use. I have tried other companies in the past and they are not even close to the quality and professionalism of Tim. His pricing is very good as well. He also did repair work on our pavers where needed and the areas look as good as new. Great guy! It is hard to find people like this so look no further.

Then, he began working at my next door neighbors house and I was really able to watch the work ethic, quality and creativity happen as this job was being completed in the front of the house. I watched them cut the stone, put a level on every brick as they laid it, clean the area up at the end of the day and finally complete that job. As I watched that work quality, I knew that I had found the contractor that I wanted to remodel the tired and leaning flagstone wall as well as pavers that were dated as well. When I talked to Salinas Landscaping, Jose had a lot of ideas on how to make the front of my house a showplace, which he did. Throughout the job, Jose was available, involved and had great employees completing my work. We are extremely pleased with the quality of materials, workmanship and professionalism of Salinas Landscaping and are sure you will be too!
