She snapped and claimed we were "not purchasing customers"--which was a blatant lie, considering we had already bought one book and were standing there trying to hand them money for a second one. ​To make matters worse, Angelica's terrible attitude was entirely fueled by petty retaliation. She became angry and refused to assist us simply because I declined their insultingly low offer for my trade-in books. Angelica is completely unsuited for a management role, and the staff's exclusionary, rude behavior is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere to a store that actually values its customers.

Upstairs you'll find the arts, cooking, home and garden, as well as a cafe and wine bar (with great views of the mountains).
