A comment to the owner and manager: We spent $400+, but it was obvious that a few staff members were watching us as if we were going to steel something. Never did they approach us to ask if we needed something (to maybe feel the situation out). It made us feel uncomfortable as customers. It was obvious and not an observation or perception error on our part. I even approached one staff member and asked if I could take a few pictures (not of customers) for a Google review and got a strange look and pause, before they said, I guess. I would recommend to the staff to kindly engage a customer, if you are suspicious; that usually helps clarify any concerns. Other than some uptight staff, we enjoyed this store.

In addition, the storeowner was extremely kind and friendly. There is truly something here for everyone. This may have been the best shopping experience I've ever witnessed. I'm not sure if that was just because it was the holiday season, but they did not allow anyone in the store without being accompanied by an associate. Once I was paired, the associate gave me a complimentary cocktail and started sizing me for hats. I did feel she was a bit pushy, heavily suggesting certain colors even when I shared my own preferences. As I started on accessories, I did not feel like I was being shown all of the options and only those with a price tag over $1000 (on top of the price of the hat itself). I took it upon myself to search and find what I really liked, but the pushiness of the associate made the experience less enjoyable and rather stressful. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I would recommend anyone coming in to come prepared with the style you want because the process can be overwhelming otherwise.
