The entire ordering process was a cinch; they're already on it! I understand that all their easels are handmade in Colorado. And from what I gathered, they have 24-hr customer service with a real human being (no bots or AI here, baby!). The fellow I talked to--Nick--seemed like a real nice, helpful guy with a great sense of humor. I got a good feeling about this. Good to know there are still some American companies who care about true craftsmanship and artistic beauty. Nice work, people!

Just want to give a shout-out to this wonderful store and Sharon who works there. I've stopped in a…read morecouple of times on Colorado road trips and there are some real treasures that make the store a great place to browse. On my most recent visit, I bought a painting and needed it shipped to Seattle. Sharon took down my info and said she'd make the arrangements with a local shipping company. When she investigated, she felt the price was too high so she created your own packaging and took my purchase to a spot in Denver (the next time she headed there), arranging for it to be shipped at one-third the original quote. So above and beyond! What's more, when I called to make the final payment arrangements, I immediately recognized Sharon's friendly voice from when I was in the store. It's because of Sharon that my partner commented, then and now, "I love Coloradans!" Yes, she's excellent PR for the entire state. Worth a visit. It's going to be a regular stop for me whenever I'm passing through.

However, we find it hard to imagine…read morethat - even given that tastes differs widely - anyone would walk into Katie's gallery and not being amazed by her work, her talent and her personality. We have looked for paintings or photographs for our Breckenridge mountain home for over 3 years. Our issue was, that we wanted something that catches the spirit of our flora and fauna but isn't the "same old, same old". We were about to cave and buy into one of these "classic mountain scenes" when we stumbled about Katies work. Her talent to caption the dynamic and power of animals in vibrant colors is so refreshing and her paintings (we came for one and ended up with three) are now centerpieces in our home.
