We have looked for paintings or photographs for our Breckenridge mountain home for over 3 years. Our issue was, that we wanted something that catches the spirit of our flora and fauna but isn't the "same old, same old". We were about to cave and buy into one of these "classic mountain scenes" when we stumbled about Katies work. Her talent to caption the dynamic and power of animals in vibrant colors is so refreshing and her paintings (we came for one and ended up with three) are now centerpieces in our home. The interaction was shocking and completely unnecessary. We left without browsing further and have no interest in returning. Management should take a serious look at how customers are treated. A shop called "Caring & Sharing" should offer, at the very least, basic courtesy.
