I completely understand that working in customer service can be difficult and that everyone has an off day. At the same time, I think a friendly and welcoming attitude can make such a difference, especially for someone who is visiting the area and trying a restaurant for the first time. First impressions really do matter, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed after being so excited to come in. I do want to mention that the young lady who checked me out was wonderful. She was very polite, friendly, and provided great customer service. As far as the food goes, the sub, pasta salad, and potato salad were absolutely immaculate!
