My children are now in need of orthodontic services, so we visit Dr. Cushner regularly for headgear (soon to be braces) and preliminary appointments for a palette expander. Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Heller's I thought I was going to have to live with jaw pain for the rest of my life. Fortunately for me, Dr. Heller's willingness to get to the root of the issue and persistence in doing so have me pain-free for over 7 years now. Not only is he so incredibly kind and patient, but you can tell that he also truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time at the beginning and end of each appointment to check in, and he listens so intently with a genuine willingness to help solve any issues that come up. I think it's worth mentioning that his staff matches his energy, they always greet me with a warm smile and friendly conversation which is refreshing. It's very clear they enjoy what they do, and working with Dr. Heller! The office itself is absolutely impeccable. Somehow Dr. Heller and his team have created a space that is both clean and bright as well as warm and welcoming. Every time I come in for an appointment I am impressed with just how great (and clean!) the office is. Dr. Heller is an absolutely wonderful dentist and I am SO glad to have found him when I did.

My coworker recommended me to dr Heller as he had been her and her mother's dentist for years. In the beginning he was so friendly and seemed to want to know all my life story. And he said that I needed to have tons of dental work done for my own good even though they were not giving me any problem. He touched every corner of my teeth. He removed all the previously treated filling and replaced it with new fillings. The teeth felt sharp and it hurt for a long time after the procedure. He wanted to sell me very expensive mouth guard. Cash money of almost $800. After some appointment mishaps, he was very angry with me. Said a lot of inappropriate and personal things to me while he had his sharp dental instruments in his hand and me in the chair, "are you gonna buy the dental guard now or your gonna continue to procrastinate?" Don't go to this guy. He will fix what's not broken to take your money. And he will turn on you when he realize you are not the best cash cow in his spa like decor all so nice dental office.

I still go to him and make the relatively short trek down there (I live in N. Attleboro) for my appointments, because I've never been let down. The wait times shouldn't be bad if you go later in the day, but if you're there at or before 10am, you probably won't be waiting at all.
