It was just a slight crack. I got them back (the girls were amazing there. This is so sad!) the fit is totally off. I tell this new guy and he says too bad so sad. He said I was imagining they did not fit properly and he wasn't doing anything else for my teeth because they were done by the old practice! I even told him they would now be useless to me. He said to find Dr Kim and see her. THEY just screwed them up but see her? So, just so everyone is aware the old doctor is at Whitman family dental and is willing to see and care for their old patients. This guy bought the practice and plans to skate out of taking care of older patients issues. Sorry to knock a local business because I love the girls that work there! I'll honestly miss a few. But people need to know before they waste their time.

Then, when I came back for a filling a week later. I paid around $100 for another hour of my time and no dental work was performed. The dentist couldn't decide on what actually needed to be done and what tooth needed to be worked on. She tried to get the office staff to discuss getting a crown for my tooth which had not been previously discussed with me at all and was going to cost me over $900.00! When I told the office staff that was out of my price range at a moments notice she acted pissed off at me, and said, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I got out of the chair, went to the front desk and asked for a refund, which I was again rudely told can't be done because the office manager wasn't in till tomorrow. We went to two other "pediatric" dental offices prior to coming here that use video games and TV's as distraction techniques but neither, when it came down to it, knew how to comfort and work with sensitive children.
