Not only is he so incredibly kind and patient, but you can tell that he also truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time at the beginning and end of each appointment to check in, and he listens so intently with a genuine willingness to help solve any issues that come up. And he said that I needed to have tons of dental work done for my own good even though they were not giving me any problem. He touched every corner of my teeth. He removed all the previously treated filling and replaced it with new fillings. The teeth felt sharp and it hurt for a long time after the procedure. He wanted to sell me very expensive mouth guard. Cash money of almost $800. After some appointment mishaps, he was very angry with me. Said a lot of inappropriate and personal things to me while he had his sharp dental instruments in his hand and me in the chair, "are you gonna buy the dental guard now or your gonna continue to procrastinate?" Don't go to this guy. He will fix what's not broken to take your money. And he will turn on you when he realize you are not the best cash cow in his spa like decor all so nice dental office.

We initially visited three different orthodontists when my son was advised by his dentist that he would require braces. All agreed that he needed to begin treatment but only Dr. Karasko's office would work with us to maximize our FSA plan by invoicing us throughout my son's treatment (as opposed to one full invoice at the start of treatment). This was very valuable. The cost estimates among the different orthodontists was similar, but the invoicing throughout treatment and our ability to use FSA money during two different years made the cost at Karasko's office significantly less.
