Laid back and comfortable atmosphere. Doc (the actual Dentist) is nothing short of a miracle worker! My first visit I expressed my anxiety. I hated my teeth and my smile. I wanted everything out. He told me he could save what I had and fit me for a partial and by Thanksgiving I'd have a beautiful full smile. I just started the process so this will be continuously updated as we go. I had my doubts but after my first procedure he made me a believer! He is amazing! No sedation and I felt nothing! He did 5 root canals in an hour and I walked out of there with no pain what so ever. He walked me through the whole process and calmed me down instantly. He completely has my trust now and I recommend him to everyone that has even a small amount of fear of dental procedures! We were late to our appointment and they were very understanding. My concerns: They strongly suggested my son get teeth sealants. I was told that day that our insurance covered the procedure. Prior to our visit, I provided all my insurance, as is required at every dental office I have used. My son's sealants were done in December 2024. I received a call in March 2025 indicating that my insurance wasn't accepting the claim. Well, the office used an incorrect number to submit the claim. I provided the correct information, again. Long story short, after being told my insurance was not getting back to them (this was not true)I had to call my insurance myself; a representative from my insurance company called them directly, while I was one the other line, to tell them that they had not submitted a claim for the procedure correctly, and the information I had provided, more than once, was correct. Smile Ave Dental had my insurance on file prior to our appointment. At no point did the office inform me that they were out-of-network and used budget balancing. In other words, they charge for what the insurance doesn't cover. They never shared that information with me, and I specifically asked if they accepted our insurance. Several calls later and back and forth with their office and claims department, it's April 2025, and they just submitted the claim again and they still can't tell me what I may owe for that procedure. They seem like nice people. I don't believe this was malicious; I certainly hope not, but we won't be going back.

He is absolutely amazing at his work. He is perfectionist. It takes a little while to get comfortable with his accent, although the supportive staff always do a fab job in making you comfortable. I got two front teeth implants done with him and it was a perfectly done. Its been 2 years since i got the implants and they are holding up so well. People dont even notice that i have had implants. They look real, work like real teeth. I'd highly recommend Dr Naiman to anyone who is looking for a perfectionist to get the dental work done.
