She sat with me (parent) and answered all of my questions during the initial consultation and again when the braces were put on my son's teeth. She never rushed me and always offered a comprehensive explanation and answered all of my questions. Her office staff was extremely helpful - especially if I was running late for an appointment. We initially visited three different orthodontists when my son was advised by his dentist that he would require braces. All agreed that he needed to begin treatment but only Dr. Karasko's office would work with us to maximize our FSA plan by invoicing us throughout my son's treatment (as opposed to one full invoice at the start of treatment). This was very valuable. The cost estimates among the different orthodontists was similar, but the invoicing throughout treatment and our ability to use FSA money during two different years made the cost at Karasko's office significantly less.

Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Despite their credentials, their behavior throughout my treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful.

He makes you laugh the whole time, explains everything he is doing and is not satisfied until he has done the best job he can! His staff is super friendly and you can tell that they all care about each other and the clients. When I got my braces off, I was sad that I would only have to stop in twice a year!
