Within a couple days they sent Chris storehouse who took the time to diagnose what was going on and explain in detail what had been done prior and what should be changed going forward. After accepting the quote for the work, they returned within several days and were able to fix the problem in under two hours. They even found another way of accessing the septic system saving us a few dollars in the end. Not many companies would be willing to do that! The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. Nathaniel brought in an excavator, so he was able to remove the entire yew bush and its root ball in 30-40 minutes.
