CYO Salad - missing the tortilla strips, pasta, the chicken is raw, and it's soggy like 5 day old soggy !
    Tricia V.

I only rated this one star because it made me to post the review. Ordered through door dash and my order was prompt. Received my salad soggy, missing toppings which I paid for , no pasta, the chicken wasn't cooked and was so small. By far the nastiest salad I ever attempted to eat. For 17 dollars you should be ashamed. Luckily DoorDash refunded me and I will never order Saladworks again . Went down hill that's for sure!

Delicious lobster bisque and free birthday cookie!

As far as Saladworks locations go, this is the best! They are a well-oiled machine. This place gets packed and they take it all in stride. Never compromising on the salad and consistently the correct dressing/salad ratio. They recently changed their rewards system over and I updated my account. Glad I did! I got a free birthday cookie and $7 off my meal.

Just had the opportunity of visiting salad works this evening, I had the chicken parmesan Panini along with my soup for dinner. As the photo attached shows it really was not the best one that I've ever had here I've had better what a shame they were too busy for me to go backup and ask them to re cook it properly and not burn it again so live and learn headquarters take note they need to have a better bell on there cooker when their sandwiches are done so they could hear it The 2 stars were for the pickle. Burnt bread didn't rate a star .

The Cobb salad was great, romaine and iceberg lettuce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, eggs, blue cheese with a light ranch dressing.

The prices were also reasonable. My sister ordered several appetizers for the table, and then we each ordered an entree. For appetizers, we had the cucumber salad with garlic, the scallion pancake, and the shredded pig ear. The cucumber salad was fresh and tasty. I also enjoyed the scallion pancake with dipping sauce, but I was not a fan of the shredded pig ear with chili oil. The texture was just too rubbery. As an entree, I ordered and loved their huge bowl of hot and sour soup. It was one of the best hot and sour soups I've ever tasted. Although it says one serving, it was large enough to be a meal. The spice level was just right, and the broth was rich and complex. However, being at a restaurant known for soup dumplings, I had to try the Lucky Six Soup Dumplings which ranged from black truffle to crab meat and pork. It was fun trying each type of dumpling (6 total), with the black truffle being my favorite. Be advised, they can be a challenge to eat as you want to slurp up all the soup inside without any spilling out. We were allowed to bring our own cake which was served by their cool robot. Human service was also efficient! Overall, a fun experience at a unique restaurant.

While the interior design and service are very good, food itself is lackluster and not of good value. My husband ordered $18 mini pot (five spice chicken), but he wasn't impressed by the flavor and portion. For him to say "the lunch is horrible", it means the flavor is really not there. I had the $18 signature chicken soup rice noodle. I would say it's of better value. But I wasn't too keen about the flavor either. Their food presentation is superb, but at the end of the day a restaurant needs to work on flavor and value if it's seeking long term success.

It comes with a sauce Gyoza: it was ok Dessert soup with white fungus dates & brown sugar: it had a weird texture. It was lightly sweet. It was ok. Hot pot: They bring a beautiful pot to your table with thr both & meat we selected: lamb. They add hot water when the broth gets low however that diluted the broth. I would rather they brought more broth. The lamb was good but some of the lamb was tough and some was very tender which made us think they were cooked at different times. I took it home and pressure cooked it and it was great. I added rice to my take away. The portions were so big, it could feed 4 to 6 people!! The manager Zoie came over and answered questions about the process. She was nice. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to going back.

Had a cocktail hour w/a cheese board that was lovely. And a huge savings from the fact that It's a BYOB and they don't charge a corkage fee. The food was WONDERFUL - everyone raved about it, portions were large and service was quick and very friendly. The dinner menu for the occasion offered a choice from two salads (the burrata salad with fresh peaches is a winner!) 3 entrees and desserts. The desserts were - as always - absolutely yummy! I always go for the profiteroles but then there's their signature donuts (yum) and....well, any dessert is a winner. It was the perfect choice for a perfect way to celebrate a special occasion! So many times when I eat out and a savory pie is on the menu I find myself staring at a deconstructed thing. All the ingredients piled on a plate in a lovely gravy with a Pie Puff on top. Good, but not great. In this The Silverspoon already has my vote as they made an honest to god PIE. Full crust top and bottom and when you factor in that the filling was spectacular, the duck juicy and tender and the crust not too flaky and not too crunchy? I was in heaven. Piled atop the Pie was a veritable mountain of watercress and Pomegranate seeds (next time I will set them to the side so I can choose the proper amount per mouthful) and it's here that the Pie really took off. The Pomegranate seeds were little jewels of sweet and tart juice that gave a little pop of color and cool to the delicious duck with every bite. I was so very thrilled with it. I got an opportunity to speak with the new proprietor Michael and he was also an absolute pleasure. The service was friendly and the food was incredible. I will absolutely be back! The only thing I wish was that I had checked my doggie bag before I left, sadly my pie leftovers must have been placed in another bag. That's okay though, it just means that I have to go back and order again :D

This time was a completely different experience -- (1) no waitress to take your order, all walk up, (2) the avocado on my sandwich tasted bitter likely caused by it being past ripe, (3) we were sat but given no water (which we ended up retrieving our selves), we brought our own wine & had to request an ice bucket & glasses 3 times (our sandwiches came out before we had anything to drink), (4) tables were covered with used dishes & then the dish/trash retrieval cart was pushed around & left next to our table, & (5) every server seemed bummed, like they didn't want to be there & didn't know how to be a server. It was shocking & I kept apologizing to my friend for bringing her & suggesting the spot. We were hoping for a super fun girls brunch but the vibes were giving struggle bus.
