What a great stop for lunch! It was a late lunch. Our group comprised of 3 families and had…read moreoccupied 3-6 tables, depending if you count the little ones that were pushed together to make a long table as 4 or as 1! lol As expected, the food didn't all come out at the same time. It isn't a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, then wait at a table displaying your order number. I think the regional manager was training and/or was short-handed. We were all pretty hungry yet enjoyed good conversation while we waited. Since I had only ordered the nachos and one kids meal, we had the shortest wait... i.e., our food was ready when I got out of the ladies room (after changing into dry clothes). Lindsey made the whole experience a good one for our large group. She apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience and understanding. if all places had the same customer service, then they'd be successful for a long time. I was so hungry that I totally forgot to take pix of all the food. My buffalo chicken nachos had really good flavor, but I did feel that it could have had more chicken and less tomatoes. Half of the nachos had nothing on them at all. The kiddo loved his mini pretzel dogs & fruit cup. It had a really good mix of berries and melons plus pineapple! He also ate the side of mac-n-cheese that came with my hubby's sandwich. I had ordered him the Black Angus King Club to go and it was huge! Tasted good, too, so the $15 price was worth it since it fed two adults. Haha. It was good with a side of chips! Note: Download the app for rewards and for easy ordering... they have a pickup window on the side of the building! And, military & first-responders get a free drink with your order! Today is Flag Day! Not sure if this offer is everyday.

I don't understand why so dirty if you just opened 15 minutes ago. I ordered the 1/2 and 1/2. Soup and sandwich...why is the soup cold; again you just opened. I will not be back here and this location gives McAllister a bad name. Not to mention y'all haven't even been here that long.

A university Check-fil-A…read more When MSU replaced their dining with a food service company we got a a little bit of heaven on campus. The Curris Center has tons of visitor parking and there are spots just for pick up, but no drive through for this location. The Curtis Center is open to the public so there is plenty of places to hang out, places to get other types of food (why would you when you can get manna from heaven - aka Chick-fil-A), and public restrooms. The hours are a bit wonky because they match the semesters and breaks so don't expect that to change since this is a University location. Now for the food, I've never ever had a bad meal or cold food at this location. Food = 100% awesome! Yes, they have a smaller menu, as is the case with all university locations, but they have all the basics. There may be a long wait during peek hours, but they are pretty quick getting the orders out. The outdoor tables are a nice touch and there is plenty of places to sit elsewhere so you will never have to stand.

Advertised and "sold" to the public as a Chick-Fil-A for Murray but in reality it is a Chick-Fil-A…read morefor students within walking distance of Curris. They needed public approval to build so they used creative wording along with a big ad campaign around town to trick everyone. There is no drive thru, has a very limited menu and is not in a convenient location for the regular person to get food. The worst part? It's never open! The urban legend around town is that the food is great if you can figure out when they are open. The business hours posted on this particular locations site has said "closed today" for months. I'm guessing they're only open if school is in session and with the exaggerated virus floating around, well..
