WOW!! not many Saladworks around anymore and my husband and I were craving a good salad. We came here and we were immediately greeted by the nice employee. This saladworks was very clean and the employee was very helpful with what salads were the best sellers. We also noticed a sign outside where the salads were 7.99 on Wednesday. We can't wait to be back here, these are new owners. I remember a few years ago the reason why I stopped going to this saladworks was because the employees and owners were rude. Walked-in, ignored, and there was a middle-aged woman behind the counter coughing and coughing and no one, including Ms. Cougher, was wearing a mask (pandemic still-on and numbers rising.) Last time I will be going to this Saladworks. I asked for a little bit of extra dressing mixed in with my salad and the gentleman just kept shaking his head and told me yes. Never added it to my salad to be mixed in but put it on top of my salad more than I would've liked and then charged me extra for just having a little bit. Let me start off by saying that I love Saladworks. The food is great, they have a nice selection of toppings, and the service is USUALLY good. Not this location. This location is incredibly stingy with toppings and overall salad size. Maybe they're doing it the way they're supposed to, but compared to every other SW I've been to (and that's a LOT) it was seriously half the size. The men working there were incredibly rude. And - disgustingly enough, when I tried to use my rewards points, the guy who made our salads kept his gloves on, touched my phone, and was ringing us up. Isn't the point of wearing sanitary gloves not to wear them when you're not working on food preparation? Absolutely gross. And, I had to ask him multiple times for a cup for water and a napkin... seriously? This location has bad service and isn't worth a visit. Yikes, what an overpriced disappointment. I picked up lunch for my family today, ordered online at 10:55 for it to be ready at 11:15 and it wasn't ready til 11:25. They mixed up the dressing I ordered for one salad. The vegetables I had on my farmhouse salad were not great. The butternut squash was not fully cooked and raw in the middle, and I had one Brussels sprout on the salad. Very small portions of each topping, some which cost $1.50, so definitely not worth it. read more

Saladworks food I think we all can agree is pretty good but this location is abysmal. Let's start with the biggest issue and that's their hours. I don't want to hear about COVID because it started years before that. Hours never match their website and seem to change based on however they feel. Some days it 8 some days it's 6 some days it's 715. None of which matched their published hours and most days they usually close an hour early. Next their portions, like everyone else has said, are about half of which you get at every other Saladworks location. Super stingy on everything from lettuce to dressings you name it. Then when you try to asl for more they want to charge you $5 for something that you already paid for. Owner has personally argued with me over questioning the pathetic portion sizes even raising her voice to me. I wish there was a remotely closer Saladworks I could go to so I can avoid this hellhole. It's been terrible since about 2012. Desperately in need of new owners and management that actually care about their customers. read more

I ordered a Cobb salad for $10. The server started angrily throwing the ingredients together mashing the ingredients as he added them. 9/13 The store opened at 11 today BUT my friend arrived after 12 and the doors were locked. There was a a handful of people waiting when the doors were finally unlocked by a very disheveled young lady, the young man was grinning like the cheshire cat - what was all that about? My panini had so much of what tasted like a balsamic dressing on it that it literally dripped all over my shirt and after trying unsuccessfully to scrap it off with a napkin most was wasted. My 1/2 salad was OK, but some of the greens were a little brown on the edges and the dressing was sparse. All around crappy experience, get a more professional staff please. read more

I was really looking forward to my salad today as it was buy one get one free day. So I ordered online trying to make it Safer for social distancing but I had difficulty getting the reward of the second salad free to come up on the app so I would need to speak with the worker to have my money refunded. So when I went into the store there was only one person working and very hard I must say however when I finally got my turn and waited for all for salad to be made as I was picking up one for my daughter. The worker or manager, whoever was the aole employee there, would not refund my money and redo the charge in the store and apply my rewards from my app on my phone and did nothing to try to service the customer and right the situation. This is just about the worst salad place you could imagine. A do-it-yourself salad consists of lettuce, dressing and five ingredients. The "romaine" lettuce I selected was at least 50% iceberg, and I got barely a tablespoon or two at most of each of the ingredients. I asked for broccoli, and they had just a few small florets left, of which I got just two or three. The lady behind the counter spoke poor English and could not have seem less interested or more intent on getting my order over with. I wasn't in the mood for a salad so I figured I'd try a chicken mozz pannini. $9 for rubbery chicken topped with provolone (since they had no mozz) topped with what I think was marinara sauce in between cardboard slices of bread?!?! This location used to be OK, but recently the quality has really decreased. I usually order the "create your own" salad, and the servers have recently really reduced the amount of each ingredient put into the salad. Even the amount of salad put in the bowl seems measured now, and I've had servers remove leaves of salad from a bowl only half filled. What really bothers me is that I might get 1 or 2 small scoops of each ingredient. For a $10 salad, I feel like at least 3 scoops would be fair. The farmhouse salad has roasted brussel sprouts and they look and tasted like they had been roasted for a week, also it is to be served with kale and they did not have any!! You are a salad shop how do you not have any. The mandrain chicken salad, was ok except for the cucumber's I have thrown away better. No fresh tea made had to buy bottled. I've been to many saladworks locations and this is the worst. They were so stingy with the ingredients. I selected a mixed greens for "do-it yourself", but it aint mixed greens, mostly green leaf. I went to grab some butter to go and the manager standing right in from of me says only take 2 please. lol really? They also keep their napkins behind the counter so you can't even grab a few more.
