I really enjoy my salads from this place! They have definitely gotten better over the year. In the past (last year) they gave my friend a fully loaded salad and when I went after them I got a skimpy one. When I asked to add more, they denied me. I even had a guy behind me say that my salad was sad. He agreed I should have gotten more. But I've had fairly decent trips prior, so I decided not to review it and give it another shot. Glad I waited. Recently I've been coming and the staff have been generous with the potions. I love all the options you get to choose from and the warm loaf of bread on the side is a perfect touch. Big fan and will definitely be coming back for more.

This was my first time at Saladworks and I have to say I'm a fan! This location has a parking lot so finding parking is not an issue. Upon walking in, the place is clean and organized. There are sockets on the wall visible above the table which I thought nice so you can enjoy a salad and charge your phone or bring a laptop. When I tell you this place has options THEY HAVE OPTIONS! I was super overwhelmed but in a good way because I didn't know what to choose. For my first time, I decided to stick with something I know which was a caesar salad and a caprese panini. They put all the ingredients together in front of you so you know exactly what you're getting. What won major points was the thinly sliced cheese they used in my caesar salad because I cannot find that cheese at any other salad place! They have a half sandwich half salad deal for a little under $10 which is a steal! my experience was great and I will definitely come back!

I am so happy a salad spot has opened near me. I have ordered from here using uberEats and I have gone to the location in person. Delivery from uberEats was fast and accurate. At the location I was happy with the friendly staff. They made my salad to order and it was great. I have had many different salads from here and feel they are all so good!! I enjoy sitting at the big front window and watching people go by while I eat. The location has good lighting and is open spaced. Yep this is part of my #30daySaladChallenge

It's my place for lunch. They recently changed the ownership, and they've added more selections. There salads are delicious and portion sizes are very nice. Staffs are amazing and smiley. I really enjoy spending my 5 minutes to get my salads. Thank you Saladworks

So, I placed an order via the online app, for convenience because as we all know, lunchtime can get a little more than hectic. I placed my order around 12 for pickup at 1. That's a whole hour. Not to mention there was a downpour. I got to the store at about 1:20. I approached the order pickup area and was greeted by an associate who looked through the orders(there were about 6) but was unable to locate mine. She proceeds to ask another associate if she received/fulfilled the order. Just my luck, nope! Then, she asks the supervisor to come over and she does. She looks over the same salads in the pickup area for my name. Then, heads back to the computer where the orders are printed. She asked if I could show her an order receipt. I did not have my phone on me, so I had to go back to the car to retrieve it. I walk back in and head over to the pick up area yet again only to have to wait another 3 minutes for her to look at my order on my phone. She then prepared my order, walks over and hands it to me. Ok, so what happened?? Like was the order received or did someone handoff my order to someone else? Because there's a printed sign that says" please show your proof of order/confirmation" something to that degree. At the end of the day, what are we honoring? No one apologized, nor was the supervisor at liberty to tell me what happened. I ordered online to save time. Instead, mine was wasted. Not good for business. 2 stars based on the quality and quantity of the salad.

Personally, I'm a big fan of salad works. It's not the best quality but it's quick and serves as a good light meal. The restaurant is not under new ownership and I can see the difference in this location already. I usually do the create your own salad, and get: romaine, pasta, breaded chicken, chickpeas, diced tomatoes and cucumbers.

I don't know really how to rate this place so I'm just going to give it a three star it's kind of like a really ghetto Panera bread meets subway I couldn't believe how expensive the salads are. A salad and an ice tea cost me $12 Definitely not my kind of place not a place that I would go back to anytime soon I thought the service was typical of any sort of fast food place but I've gotten friendlier service at KFC and Taco Bell believe it or not They were plenty of tables before the prices they charge you might as well go to Panera and get the good stuff they run a little skimpy on the additives to the salad There's a chilies nearby and there's a Starbucks I don't like either of those but I definitely didn't want to go back I even put a dollar in the jar as a tip and I didn't even get a thank you. This place is kind of trashy on a lot of levels.

But the staff was incredibly welcoming right from the start, and that alone earns them five stars. You never know what to expect in a new neighborhood, but they set the tone immediately. The vibe of the restaurant is very comfortable. It is the kind of spot you walk into after a long day or a productive day and you just know you are about to eat something good. It feels like a family run place, even if it is not actually run by family. It has that warmth. You can tell it is an important part of the neighborhood. I even noticed pictures of community members on the wall, which says a lot. Now, the food. There is hot food, cold food, and plenty of items you can take home. I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, and let me tell you, it was the size of a skinny football. I am not exaggerating. It took me almost a day and a half to finish it. It tasted exceptional, and I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting so I would not slip into a food coma. One tip, eat it while it is hot. That is when it is at its peak power. My friend agreed with me about the overall vibe and quality. If I am ever in the neighborhood again, I will gladly go out of my way just to try more of their dishes. You do not find spots like this easily. New York City has great food, but a place with this combination of warmth, quality, portion size, and charm is rare. In another city, this could easily be a reservation only spot packed every night. Here, it fits perfectly in the community. Great job to everyone there. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

It was 40 mins before closing on a Sunday, the complete staff still made us feel lived and welcomed. They went through the menu with us, they described anything that was needed. Let's get to the beautiful ambiance, we sat outside and had a nice romantic evening together. The food was beyond delicious. I got a chicken cutlet parm with vodka sauce on a huge hero. The flavor was on point, texture of vodka sauce was NOT overwhelming. The amount of mozzarella they put on it was perfect to where it had a nice even melt. My bride ordered an eggplant wrap drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze. Cant wait to have to go to NJ for something again just to enjoy this place one more time!

What makes this worse is that this was not cut by a new kid or someone learning the ropes. This was cut by one of the senior guys at the deli. The veteran. The supposed professional. A few of us had been talking about trying it for a while, and it totally lived up to the hype. The vibe inside was welcoming and comfortable, and the whole hot pot experience made lunch feel like something fun and different instead of just a quick meal. We picked a broth and then ordered a bunch of meats, vegetables, and noodles to share. Everything tasted really fresh, and the broth was full of flavor from the start and got even better as we kept cooking. It's the kind of place where you end up trying a little bit of everything, and it's perfect for a group because everyone can customize their own bites. We also appreciated that it didn't feel rushed, even though it was lunchtime. Service was great too. The staff was friendly, checked on us often enough without hovering, and helped explain options for anyone who hadn't done hot pot before. That made a big difference, especially with a bigger group. By the time we finished, we were already talking about coming back. I definitely plan to return soon with my family, and I can also see myself bringing a few colleagues here as well. It's a great spot for catching up, doing a casual group lunch, or just getting a really satisfying meal.
