I am a huge Salad and Go fan. This is the closest location to me. It's usually consistent, but this time I don't know what happened..I ordered a Cobb salad with steak. I had no eggs, sprinkle of meat, no blue cheese, avocado and missing a fork and napkins. I'm glad I checked my bag before I left because I had the guys order in front of me. Had heard a bit about Salad and Go, so when I passed by one yesterday, I stopped by. You can only get "take away", now seating of getting inside the shop. The menu is small, with several salads and a few other thing. All of the salads are only $7 a few dollars more with extra protein. I got the Thai salad, it came in an 8' x8' plastic container. It was filled with greens, sliced carrots and other tasty salad things as well as cooked tofu, also included was a packt of Thai peanut sauce which was good, but it could have been a bit bigger as there were a lot of greens. It was more than I could eat at one sitting. Probably one of the best $7 salads you can get. If you want a quick, inexpensive salad to take with you, this is the place. read more

I love this place; it's my go-to for salads when in need! They always get my order right, too, but the last few times this past week, they have messed up 4 of my orders! When I asked to remove certain ingredients or add them, they missed it. And I can't correct them because there's no screen at the drive-thru to make sure it's all correct. This is my first and last time coming to this restaurant. It's to go restaurant and the food it should be hot should be hot. Some of us don't have the ability to heat up our food. That's why we go through a drive-through. The coffee was fine, but I'd like the option of putting my own cream in and not having the worker do it. They have no small packets of cream. Anyone else have a craving for that Paradise Bakery taste (RIP)? Panera ain't doing it for you anymore? Well if this sounds like you, may I suggest Salad and Go!!! I've tried several locations, this one is one of my favs. The salads are always fresh, made to order and correct every time (this is my 4th visit but I keep forgetting to take a pic for a review). This review is specifically for their Caesar salads. I've had it as ordered without mods, with Kalamata olives added, without croutons (keto mode) and without tomatoes. Every version has been correct. The salads are fresh and crispy, the dressing tastes so good and the portions are huge (twice the size of the full Caesar from Panera). I also love their frozen strawberry lemonade: tasty, sweet and refreshing. They also make wraps and soups, but I haven't tried them yet. I love that I can grab and go for a fraction of the cost of most fast food places and still stick to my diet. I can't like them enough. My fav to-go salad place in the valley! read more

No restroom for customers, no indoor or outdoor seating. Only drive thru or a walk up to go/ pick up available. My only critique or suggestion would be to please open some locations in So Cal. I could see this being a hit in San Fernando Valley around Northridge. So many people dying to eat healthy and fast. The kids there tried to rush me and my order and I was ordering 1 salad and 2 wraps they always make it wrong so I was telling the kid what I wanted. When I was telling him and he was being rude and trying to make me feel dumb for having a precise order. So I've been meaning to try this place for a while. Trying to really watch my macronutrients right now and this place showed on its website the nutrition info I needed to prove that it would let me meet my goal. I tried the buffalo chicken salad. It was actually pretty good! Good flavor in the chicken and overall they are not skipping at all on the vegetables. Very much filled up with veggies. I was very pleased! When I got there, there are two drive-thru lanes and they were both at the limit. Both lanes filter into the same window, so it's more of a space saver rather than a Time saver. Lots of cars were definitely there even at 3:00 on a regular weekday. You can't go up to the window and order. You have to go on the app to order and then pick it up at the window or you can stay in the Drive-Thru line and order through the speaker. It took a while to get through to be honest so make sure you give yourself enough time in the late afternoon. Overall it was delicious meal for a great price of a little over $6 with tax. Definitely something I would return to but I'm probably going to order on the app so I don't have to wait in the Drive-Thru line so long. read more

I have been to this location probably 5 or 6 times now since it has opened up and twice my order has been wildly wrong. The first time I ordered a wrap on the app and clicked tofu as the protein. When I got home I discovered it was made with chicken. I have been once or twice since then and specifically ordered through the drive thru so I could specify I am a vegetarian and confirm they will add tofu and not meat. Just now I got the BBQ ranch wrap and they got the tofu right but added bacon crumbles to this wrap that doesn't even come with bacon.... Wildly wrong. This location is horrible for online orders. I placed an order for 10:30am pick up. I got there 5 mins early so they told me to park and wait. I completely understood this, but then 15 mins had gone by so I checked on the order and they said they would run it out In couple mins. The other day I went and got a Market Salad but asked for no Blue Cheese since i'm not much of a fan and they didn't hesitate to offer me a replacement cheese! I love salad and go, but this location is absolutely useless. I've only been able to actually order what I want a total of 3 x since it's been up. They are always out of something that is a main ingredient in the salad of choice or burrito of choice or something is just not working, such as their debit card machine. Instead of putting up a courtesy sign or sending someone out to let you know they are only taking cash right now but you can order online, they let you wait in line until you get to the radio and listen to their lame recorded message first then tell you their machine is down. This location has always been poorly managed. From here on out, I know now not to come to this location.
