I am a huge Salad and Go fan. This is the closest location to me. It's usually consistent, but this time I don't know what happened..I ordered a Cobb salad with steak. I had no eggs, sprinkle of meat, no blue cheese, avocado and missing a fork and napkins. I'm glad I checked my bag before I left because I had the guys order in front of me. They usually forget the extra ranch, but I guess this time it was at a cost for eveything else. I got the ranch but missing a huge part of the salad. I use the drive through so I'm not certain what the ambiance is like as part of the walk up experience. read more

First timer here... definitely coming back Got a kids salad, it's actually a huge portion worked out really well I didn't feel wasteful or overloaded. It was super quick in and out of the line in less than 10 minutes! Edgar deserves a shout out forsure! He's polite, happy and doesn't look like he hates his job which is really hard in the fast food industry! read more

I have had so many friends and coworkers. Tell me to try Salad and go. But I love Caesar salad. I am so glad. I finally tried it for about 10 bucks. Not only did I get my chicken Caesar salad. I also got a frozen strawberry lemonade. They were both delicious. The portions were huge at least I felt like it. read more

They have two drive up order areas which is nice especially during the busy hours. They get you in and out. Always best to check your order at the window as they often miss some customizations but they are usually great about fixing it for you. Not a bad location. read more

Walked up to the window to order girl at the window said they're to busy to take my order through the window and asked me to go through drive through only I tried to explain I was working in a fire truck and also they're was no one in the drive through so wasn't sure how they're to busy for me to order and then the girl said no they're to busy and just closed the window 1/24 at 10am on a Saturday morning read more

Ordered a Caesar salad with an extra dressing. Got home to find ZERO dressings in the order. How do you mess up a salad with 4 ingredients?

Had heard a bit about Salad and Go, so when I passed by one yesterday, I stopped by. You can only get "take away", now seating of getting inside the shop. The menu is small, with several salads and a few other thing. All of the salads are only $7 a few dollars more with extra protein. I got the Thai salad, it came in an 8' x8' plastic container. It was filled with greens, sliced carrots and other tasty salad things as well as cooked tofu, also included was a packt of Thai peanut sauce which was good, but it could have been a bit bigger as there were a lot of greens. It was more than I could eat at one sitting. Probably one of the best $7 salads you can get. If you want a quick, inexpensive salad to take with you, this is the place. read more

Great concept; fast food focused salads. Everything is prepackaged and packaged to-go. Don't bother planning on sitting down. Just place your order, pay, then keep moving. Fresh and tasty. All the basic dressings to choose from and they are good too. Not a five star rated restaurant, but you are better off and healthier than McDonald's. read more

There's nothing I hate more on a salad than frozen, grisly, rubbery chicken. I thought I had heard that this place has fresh ingredients but geez, am I disappointed. I thought at least they'd roast their own chicken. I wonder how gross the "steak" is. Also, cucumbers were mushy and way too much lettuce. Most of it went in the trash. read more

Salad and go will always be my favorite quick salad spot. I always get the jalapeño ranch salad with chicken. By far my favorite salad that they have. The service is usually quick and I'm in and out. read more

Ordered a breakfast bowl. Only thing in it that was fresh was the spinach. Potatoes were cold and old looking, black beans were cold as were the eggs. This is my first and last time coming to this restaurant. It's to go restaurant and the food it should be hot should be hot. Some of us don't have the ability to heat up our food. That's why we go through a drive-through. The coffee was fine, but I'd like the option of putting my own cream in and not having the worker do it. They have no small packets of cream. The price wasn't bad, but for the quality of the product, I wouldn't recommend this place. They also forgot to add utensils or napkins. And this is what their salsa looks like. For me that went into the trash. read more

I got my usual order here and it turned out great! The service was super friendly and quick. I'm starting to like Salad & Go a lot for when i need to go out to eat but want something healthy that won't make me feel like crap. I'd highly recommend this spot read more

Anyone else have a craving for that Paradise Bakery taste (RIP)? Panera ain't doing it for you anymore? Well if this sounds like you, may I suggest Salad and Go!!! I've tried several locations, this one is one of my favs. The salads are always fresh, made to order and correct every time (this is my 4th visit but I keep forgetting to take a pic for a review). This review is specifically for their Caesar salads. I've had it as ordered without mods, with Kalamata olives added, without croutons (keto mode) and without tomatoes. Every version has been correct. The salads are fresh and crispy, the dressing tastes so good and the portions are huge (twice the size of the full Caesar from Panera). I also love their frozen strawberry lemonade: tasty, sweet and refreshing. They also make wraps and soups, but I haven't tried them yet. I love that I can grab and go for a fraction of the cost of most fast food places and still stick to my diet. I can't like them enough. My fav to-go salad place in the valley! read more

Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing is so good. I could have this like twice a week. Have nothing but nice things to say about Salad and Go. Love the business model, super simple and easy concept. No restroom for customers, no indoor or outdoor seating. Only drive thru or a walk up to go/ pick up available. My only critique or suggestion would be to please open some locations in So Cal. I could see this being a hit in San Fernando Valley around Northridge. So many people dying to eat healthy and fast. Salad and go would totally boom over there since csun and a bunch of businesses are out there. No good lunch spots that are convenient and nutritious like this out there. read more

I love this place; it's my go-to for salads when in need! They always get my order right, too, but the last few times this past week, they have messed up 4 of my orders! When I asked to remove certain ingredients or add them, they missed it. And I can't correct them because there's no screen at the drive-thru to make sure it's all correct. It seems like they have new people; please train them correctly on the computer because I guess they didn't know how to make the adjustments on the computer. And now, I have bacon in my salad that I manually removed but can still taste... gross. read more

First timer at this location. One question, who puts cold steak on a salad? Service was fine.

This place is usually on our quick to go meals. I'm VERY disappointed in this salad. Something in the salad was unusually chewy not typical. Mushy veggies no fun at all. I like things firm and crunchy this was a mess. I hope that I don't get food poisoning. The hard boiled egg was cooked well. read more

So I've been meaning to try this place for a while. Trying to really watch my macronutrients right now and this place showed on its website the nutrition info I needed to prove that it would let me meet my goal. I tried the buffalo chicken salad. It was actually pretty good! Good flavor in the chicken and overall they are not skipping at all on the vegetables. Very much filled up with veggies. I was very pleased! When I got there, there are two drive-thru lanes and they were both at the limit. Both lanes filter into the same window, so it's more of a space saver rather than a Time saver. Lots of cars were definitely there even at 3:00 on a regular weekday. You can't go up to the window and order. You have to go on the app to order and then pick it up at the window or you can stay in the Drive-Thru line and order through the speaker. It took a while to get through to be honest so make sure you give yourself enough time in the late afternoon. Overall it was delicious meal for a great price of a little over $6 with tax. Definitely something I would return to but I'm probably going to order on the app so I don't have to wait in the Drive-Thru line so long. read more

The kids there tried to rush me and my order and I was ordering 1 salad and 2 wraps they always make it wrong so I was telling the kid what I wanted. When I was telling him and he was being rude and trying to make me feel dumb for having a precise order. So when I did tell him he walked away and someone else was trying to take my order then they didn't have patience and and walked away from me so ANOTHER person came and asked me what the name of my order was and I told her I didn't order yet so she asked the people behind me their order names and there was three people so they all went first then I waited for another 5 minutes and it was like 10 minutes til I took my order even tho I was first in line when she walked away she didn't help and I was kinda happy to see her until she was done and walking away from me. It's a mess there and I'm from a different state so it's not so hot and it's AZ SO ITS HOT and I want those people fired I think they put somthing in my food and the whole time I felt like I was the dumb one so half way through it I almost went somewhere else and if I could I would give it 1 star read more

asked for a Cobb salad with steak, no blue cheese crumbles, and vinaigrette dressing. instead they put blue cheese on the salad (I am allergic. So now all my food is contaminated with the blue cheese and I can't even eat it), didn't give me steak but made me pay for it, and gave me two bags of ranch instead of the vinaigrette dressing. The woman who took my order was rude. this isn't the first time they've messed up my order. this isn't the first time they've made me pay for steak but didn't give me any. very displeased with this location. I have been to this location probably 5 or 6 times now since it has opened up and twice my order has been wildly wrong. The first time I ordered a wrap on the app and clicked tofu as the protein. When I got home I discovered it was made with chicken. I have been once or twice since then and specifically ordered through the drive thru so I could specify I am a vegetarian and confirm they will add tofu and not meat. Just now I got the BBQ ranch wrap and they got the tofu right but added bacon crumbles to this wrap that doesn't even come with bacon.... Wildly wrong. I don't think I have rated anything on Yelp one star and I love the concept of this restaurant, fast food healthy food is the way of the future. But not a fan of wasting time, money and food. Don't see myself returning to this location. read more

SLOWEST SALAD AND GO IN THE USA! I like Salad and Go, but this location is ridiculous! I am tired of the long waiting times in "short lines" in the drive thru. That's correct! There are short lines but the service is sooooooooo slow! It is better to go to the Goodyear locaton where the service is fast, efficient, and the cashers smile and say "hello" and "thank you." This location evidently doesn't have a manager, AND THEY DESPERATELY NEED ONE along wth some workers that say "thank you." read more

This has become my favorite fast food place to go to. I recommend that you order online to skip the line in the drive thru. The salad and wraps are our go to. This location is horrible for online orders. I placed an order for 10:30am pick up. I got there 5 mins early so they told me to park and wait. I completely understood this, but then 15 mins had gone by so I checked on the order and they said they would run it out In couple mins. After about a total of 30mins waiting I went back to the window to check on the order and they wouldn't even open the window. I started walking away from my car and one of the employees yelled out what was the name on the order. Smh. I had been the only one that was waiting. I drove off and took my loss. This place has just lost my business. read more

I've been to salad and go a couple times and it's always been really super good especially the sangria lemonade it's my favorite but today on my visit I only had Apple Pay and I was already waiting in the line and they happily still took care of me because they do not accept Apple Pay which I appreciated so much because I've had other encounters with different restaurants and they were never this nice and understanding of my time , needless to say I will forever be coming to this location they take care of there customers ‍ read more

Service was on the slow side This Salad and Go just recently opened, and they are working out some of the kinks with service times. Salad and Go restaurants do not offer indoor seating but nevertheless, it's a super fast and tasty concept with nice selections of unique salads that are very affordable. The salads are fresh and delicious and at a great price. A salad this good and this large would probably costs $15 in a restaurant; however, Salad and Go charge a mere $6 bucks. Salad and Go also offer some healthy kid items on the menu so the whole family can have a tasty healthy meal at a reasonable price. read more

I love Salad & Go!! Their prices are super reasonable and the food is always delicious! The other day I went and got a Market Salad but asked for no Blue Cheese since i'm not much of a fan and they didn't hesitate to offer me a replacement cheese! I was extremely happy with this offer because I wasn't expecting it to be an option. Plus, how can you say no to DOLLAR drinks?!?! They're great drinks too!! I especially love the Blended Strawberry Lemonade and Cucumber Mint Lemonade!! Such a great place with great food, definitely going back! read more

Now I'm going to be rude. I've tried relentlessly to cut these girls some slack but when there's no damn line, and it's the peak of rush hour in the AM I expect my order to be A1!!! Been here over 10 times and my order is continuously f**ked up. I ordered the combo meal with a burrito and salad for lunch right, tell me why she reread my order back to me which I agreed to Once I got to the window she only handed me a salad ._. Then tried to play it off like it wasn't her who took my order.. I'm fucking tired of how mentally incapable a team of people can be, who the HELL is your hiring manager I paid TWICE and asked for extra salsa (GOT CHARGED OBVIOUSLY) & got no second salsa. I love salad and go, but this location is absolutely useless. I've only been able to actually order what I want a total of 3 x since it's been up. They are always out of something that is a main ingredient in the salad of choice or burrito of choice or something is just not working, such as their debit card machine. Instead of putting up a courtesy sign or sending someone out to let you know they are only taking cash right now but you can order online, they let you wait in line until you get to the radio and listen to their lame recorded message first then tell you their machine is down. This location has always been poorly managed. From here on out, I know now not to come to this location. I will drive all the way out to the Estrella location even though this one is the closest to me. read more

Love salad and go. My go to is the Buffalo chicken or chicken Caesar. Reasonably priced and good portions. Would give this location five stars but about 60% of the time their strawberry lemonade machine is down or being cleaned when I go through. Seriously the best strawberry lemonade.
