I've had fried plantains lots of times at other places and they're always crispy, soft and sweet so this was a huge letdown. I didn't end up finishing the taco or plantains. To end on a much better note, the fish tacos were REALLY good. The fish is big, fried perfectly without feeling super oily. The slaw adds a nice refreshing crunch and I love the sauces and guac added. It's a great mixture of flavors and probably the best fish tacos I've ever had.
