TY Yelp, Kokoro looks promising. placed a take-out order, and given Saturday night of Big Ten Wresting Championships, order was ready and delivered just fine. The food is good enough, hand rolls, egg rolls, ramen bowls, chic wings, and def don't pass up on the Avocado Kokoro, deff tasty (too much sauce, but just fine). Although it may have been large enough for a kids table of two. We ordered edemame, one sushi roll & two entrees. 50 (yep, Fifty) minutes later they came out with the edemame. LONG wait without communication from server. Very shortly after came the sushi roll. We weren't even done eating the two appetizers and they crowded our TINY table with our entrees. Everything was cold. To add to our frustration, the tiny 2 person table across from us was served before us even though they arrived 15 min AFTER us. Even THEY commented on why they were served their meals well before us. No offer to compensate anything. Not even a free scoop of dessert or apology from manager. Geeze. Food was acceptable but totally not worth the wait and lack of customer service. It's not worth the aggravation to return to this disorganized restaurant. r.
