So this is an Asian restaurant with an option for hibachi experiences. You get a bowl of miso soup, veggies with interesting sauce that I can't pinpoint but throughly enjoyed, and during the hibachi chef entertainment, you get fried rice or noodles, you selected meat, and sautéed veggies. Every cook has their own style, but almost all try to do a performance of waving their utensils, onion volcano, catch the veggie slice with your mouth, and a spray shot of sake! Kids get water to join in. This place has Mic Mou, a Mickey Mouse head with a drum and servers singing happy birthday to one lucky person and a free dish of 3 scoops of ice cream. I ordered a drink of an alcoholic Thai tea, and it was delicious! Overall this place is a family friend habachi experience of cooking shows in front of you. This does get to be a loud experience for those with small kids or with sensory needs individuals. Earbuds were very helpful. Service is always good and prompt. I can't say I think the food is all special, but it is a standard habachi.

Stopped here late on a Tuesday night. Pleased to find some sushi specials! There were a few dollars or so off several rolls, so I opted for one of these discounted ones. They were good! Not the best sushi I've had but I'd be back. I do remember their sweet potato maki being delicious back in the day. Service was really quick, but we were probably one of three tables in the restaurant. It's a big place and there's plenty of variety in seating; my friend and I were in a nice little alcove area. The decor is good too. I'd like to go back and try more sushi!

Been here many times, the sushi is always delicious and fresh. Love the big/ diverse menu. The booth area is cute and the decor. Service is fast and friendly. Always will be back for a nice delicious sushi option.

The shoyu ramen was wonderful. Not too salty, the noodles were cooked perfect, eggs were sweet. The brown sugar milk tea was super good. It actually takes better than some bubble tea shops. The sushi roll was pretty good too. The jalapeño gave it a nice kick.

I really recommend this place because all the workers are very nice, All the foods are very good in general.

The chicken katsu is dry as a bone. They present your plate with a paper thin doily under the hot food that rips when you try to cut the dry chicken so you're eating paper. The "filet" was most definitely not a cut of filet. I don't know who they think they're fooling. Absolutely not. Waitress was very awkward, not exactly the friendliest.

The food is really delicious! First time here and will for sure be back. The octopus cakes were amazing, highly recommend. The kimchi fried rice was done perfect as well. They give you a big plate of it so a side of sushi goes good with it. The server could've had better customer service. The wait time for the food was very short which was a plus. The price was a bit on the high side since I ordered sushi and a rice plate but it was worth it accounting the taste.

Passed by many times before and never thought to try it. Walked in today before work and I am actually impressed. Nice ambiance and good drinks. A good menu selection. Mango mai tai yummy. Will def try again

I went in tonight to check them out and I guess there has been a change in ownership, two of the Baba Sushi employees bought them out, or so I hear. I was pretty impressed with this place, the sushi is super fresh and really good. More impressive, on a Sunday night, were the crowds of Asian people enjoying their AYCE hot pot and sushi. You probably can't get near this place on a Friday or Saturday. Since I'm relatively new to sushi, I had *a few* questions, and my server Alexandra was amazing with all the questions even though she was super busy. I had the land and sea roll, and, while, not "technically" sushi, it was a delight--torched beef wrapped around shrimp tempura. Would be good for a person--and I know several--who absolutely won't eat raw fish. Had the tuna torch roll, also very good. She brought me the "house" soy sauce which is ten times better for sushi than regular soy sauce, much lighter and less salty. A lot of times I'm a bit skeeved out by the all you can eat concept, but they are making this stuff fresh as you order it. That other reviewer who said he prefers Hungry Bowl is out to lunch, sorry. The vibe and especially the service is much nicer here; it seems like people go to Hungry Bowl specifically to just pig out and not for the quality. Nothing against Hungry Bowl, but while we're comparing.... What I'd like to do is bring a big gang o' people here and try everything! But unfortunately I don't live around here. But I do come up here to square dance and I will be back to try more stuff.

When I saw the impressive average star rating of Hao on Yelp, I took it as a sign to give up on the traffic & treat myself to some sushi instead. I arrived just after they opened (around 4:50pm) & I had the restaurant to myself. It was clean, bright, & joyfully decorated. I was immediately struck with how cheerful & kind the server was. I felt like I had sat down in her home - that's how hospitable & familiar she felt. I asked for a bowl of miso soup to start, & it appeared in front of me in less than 3 minutes. It was warm, balanced, & the perfect appetizer. I moved on to some toro nigiri & their "crispy rice" appetizer (which was topped with spicy tuna, tobiko, honey miso, eel sauce, & fried seaweed.) The toro was spectacular. It was tender, fresh, & topped with a balanced little chutney situation that tasted a bit like wasabi. I don't like wasabi. I always opt out, if I can. But this little chutney was delicious! The crispy rice appetizer was spectacular & comforting as well. I could've eaten 2-3 more servings. I concluded my meal with an order of avocado & cucumber maki. It was rolled tightly & well balanced. A perfect, fresh roll. I'm so glad I stopped here! Dining in was a great choice. I felt welcomed & comfortable. Everything came out quickly, the sushi was incredible, & the service makes me want to sit in traffic again just to return. Enthusiastic 5/5 stars.

With a 4.6 rating, we were genuinely excited to try it. Walking in, first impressions were great. The inside of the restaurant was super cute, the artwork was beautifully done, and the initial greeting was welcoming. Unfortunately, things started going downhill pretty quickly after that. We had a few questions about the menu, but the hostess seemed confused and didn't really understand what we were asking, so we ultimately just gave up and ordered what sounded good. Food-wise, it was very mixed. The sushi roll was phenomenal...genuinely the best part of the experience, and my son absolutely loved his. The shrimp udon was okay, but the portion was noticeably smaller than what most sushi places serve. The salmon poke bowl was very basic and honestly underwhelming. I also asked for spicy mayo, which was never brought out. The biggest disappointment was the service. Paying $4 for a canned soda with no refills already felt excessive, but when my son accidentally spilled it, we cleaned it up immediately ourselves. No one offered extra napkins, replaced the plate, or even asked if we wanted another drink. It just felt inattentive from start to finish. To make matters worse, one staff member was sitting at the bar listening to something loudly on a laptop, which completely took away from the atmosphere and felt unprofessional. As someone who used to waitress, I understand the service industry and I'm usually a generous tipper. But I also believe tips reflect service, and unfortunately this experience missed the mark. After picking up our receipt, the hostess was visibly unhappy with the tip amount and had no issue making that clear which only reinforced the poor experience. I very rarely leave one-star reviews, but for a place with a 4.6 star reputation and "top-rated" marketing, this was incredibly disappointing. Cute atmosphere and one great sushi roll aside, the service and overall experience were just not what we expected.
